Great and portable laptop. Very speedy and user friendly!

This item was just as it was stated online. It was very easy to set up. I love the fact that it’s slim, so it’s easy to carry anywhere. The system was already installed on it, as a matter fact it had the latest system on it and all I had to do was Install the Microsoft Suite. I did a curbside pick up and they were there when I got there waiting. I’ll definitely continue to buy from Best Buy. I must also say it was packaged very well. So when I opened it and there were no scratches anywhere,

I purchased this laptop from Best Buy in July of 2021 because I wanted a laptop that had a lot of power and a nice display but at the same time I wanted a thin and light laptop that I can carry around no problem and for what you’re getting the price was not bad.

Fast, smart, light, easy to use, many helpful features. I’ve been pleasantly impressed by this great little computer.

Solid laptop. Not sure I will every use the pen but I like the touch screen. I use this for work and have not had any issues.

Performance and speed are as expected. The video quality is great. It is definitely worth the investment to get this laptop.

This has been a perfect computer for my teen. His previous one was a half step up from a chromebook. He is thrilled with it.

I really like this laptop (I'm currently on it right now) although I did have a scare with the micro SD card getting stuck but I was able to get it out and it works fine now. Its a really good computer with one bad design flaw. When you go into tablet mode it blocks the vent and heat will hit you hands and arms in about 15 mins. Other than that I really liked. Especially the pen that came with. But I got to for the pen tablet mode. So had to return it. Sadly!

This computer is fast and efficient. It walks you through each step of set up and is very user friendly.

The Dell has met most of my expectations, but occasionally the mouse pad is not as responsive as it should be and the cursor disappears but overall a good choice. I do wish the power button was in a different location as it is too close to the delete button - would be better to the side, I think.
