I am thoroughly enjoying this laptop. I had another laptop with comparable specs from another manufacturer but this one is fair better performing. The battery lasts a good while, the image quality is fantastic, very fast, and very comfortable to use. The stylus is in an easy to access location and responds very well.

Easy set up, only downside is fingerprint reader hardly ever works. Upgraded to Win11 and system is responding well to the upgrade. Would buy again if I needed another pc.

I never thought I would get a PC instead of a Mac after more than 10 years if using a Mac. This laptop is great. Runs very smoothly, the 2-in-1 feature is amazing & its overall a nice size. Although I think PCs are a little more nosy than Macs this laptop has way more perks that truly make it amazing.

I did not buy this particular computer because of the screen resolution, but I think it is one of my favorite features! It is fantastic! Processor is quick, too, which is what I needed. I researched and waited for more than a year before I got this computer and I could not be happier.

Bought this as an open item and it was in surprisingly great condition. The fan, as with many laptops, tends to run hot at times. Othern than that, no complaints with my Dell purchase.

Solid size. One port for a usb and the finger pad is pretty sensitive to click down. But lightweight and has a spot for the pen. Looks nice but wish it also comes in silver.

I wasn't sure how it would perform after I purchased it. So far holding up pretty well. I recommend getting a screen protector just in case. It is a touch screen after all. I got it for school and I think its great; especially with the Alexa app built in; its like a Mac with Siri but cheaper. Enjoy it.

This laptop was reconditioned, but it had issues from the beginning. Whoever serviced had a demo mode and I had to take it to the IT department where I work to unlock it. Shortly afterwards I was prompted to upgrade to windows 11, and that went well, but last week I turned it on and it wouldn't boot up. It appears the harddrive has passed away, but I am past the point of being able to return it. It would be nice to know why the item was returned before making the gamble.

It came with the finger print recognition but it isn’t accurate all the time. The mousepad randomly would stick. Received a replacement within the fifteen days and works

Good graphics, microSD card reader included and keyboard includes number pad. However, rather bulky, especially in tablet mode, awkward touchpad and only one USB-C port.

This 2 in 1 Dell laptop is easy to setup. Super fast - able to run multiple programs and stock trading platform simultaneously while watching streaming video on extended display monitor. The stereo sound quality is excellent. Solid and flawless design. I highly recommend this product.

I'm happy about my purchase. It works really well. The screen shows up nice and clear. I love the fingerprint touch sensor. It also has a little cover that slides over the webcam which is added protection when you're in web meetings alot and mistakenly turn your camera on.

Great little and powerful laptop - I primarily use for processing my photographs through Lightroom/Photoshop. Great screen quality - I am primarily hooked up to a 32" monitor but even when using the laptop by itself I don't really feel uncomfortable looking at the small screen.

Overall great machine! Very powerful for it's size. I used the pen for digital sculpting in Zbrush. The pen was adequate but the sensitivity could be improved. I was still able to get all the work done I needed and the size allowed me to work comfortably on a plane.

When working correctly, it’s great. Excellent picture and versatility. Unfortunately, mine is currently having some boot up issues, but it’s still under warranty.

Bought this as an open box for almost half the cost. Love it and it's now my main computer. I have it connected to three monitors via a docking station. Absolutely love it and have had zero issues.

Perfect for a student, did have to exchange our first one because it kept shutting down. Now that it was replaced working great for everyday schools use.

The styling is sleek and very portable. The battery life is excellent. The stylus and software for it are so easy to use. And the touch screen is a big plus. This is an excellent machine especially for the money. I recommend this laptop to anyone.

I Love my laptop. Its my first one and have never used windows 10 before. Its small and compact. The only thing I would like to have is more USB ports but I did buy a hub that works well. I also use a wireless keyboard and mouse with it.

Liked this pc, light weight, easy to use, if you don’t mind the fan on, running, 90 % of the time. Returned .
