The screen is supposed to be 4K, but the quality just did not impress... The speed for every day tasks (working within Microsoft suite, watching movies, internet browsing, very light video editing) was pretty much on par with my 4 year old Lenovo, but I was really expecting more from this laptop, especially for an i7 with 16 gb of ram. The windows hello feature is great, and it really is a light laptop. However, for the price, I just can't justify it. My partner got the base model M1 Macbook Air, and even though I never liked Apple, that Macbook blew this laptop away in every way.

This is certainly not what we like to hear from our loyal customers. To help, I have provided steps to using the Windows Performance Troubleshooter which should help resolve the performance issue. I have also given a link to the full article that has more options if needed.
Windows performance Troubleshooter:
1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
8. Restart the PC.
