    The structure is sturdy and nice, the keyboard buttons are matte which is soft on the fingertips, and the graphics are amazing.

    The overall computer seems fine and the camera in particular is a very high-quality. I’ve had a fair number of issues with the drivers being installed and creating problems with a number of the programs I’m using and had more tech-support needs than I had anticipated when buying a new computer

    This has to be my biggest mistake I have made this year. I didn't want a touch screen, but it seems Best Buy only sells laptops with touch screen. I wonder if it is because they make a better profit selling only touch screen laptops. This computer is fast and that is where it stops. You lose time saved with the speed because you have to correct everything it does without you wanting to do it. Such as marking a message for deletion when you didn't want to and when the printer goes off line. Is it the computer that causes that or is just the junk printers? I spent money for something I probably won't be using.
