Very good laptop!! I loved the specs and the performance. Unfortunately, the light colors of the keyboard and of the letters made it very hard to see when the overhead light is (just normally) bright. So, I ended up returning it after a couple of days.

The size is perfect! I can take it anywhere! And the speed and memory is perfect for my use! Happy with my purchase!

Laptop was a little too bulky, I don't know why Dell's design is so ugly. Otherwise, a pen holder is a great bonus. Also the fact that it is spec'd out is really great. Although if the Envy had 16GB of RAM in 13.3'', it would be a hard choice between these two, if for nothing other than the fact that the envy doesn't have USB-C charging out of the box (you have to buy a cable or use the barrel charging). Also this has an hdmi port and a thunderbolt, whereas the Envy only has a single thunderbolt, so dual-monitors become a hassle. Overall the build quality of this laptop just didn't meet my expectations. If Dell stuck to a square design, it might be more appealing. Second, the weight distribution on Dell laptops are off in general relative to HP or Lenovo. As mentioned in another review of mine, the Envy is incredibly light and feels like a tablet. I feel the Dell is more dense. But long-story short, if you want a relatively inexpensive i7 with 16GB of RAM and portable, then this is a good laptop. If you care about the best for the price (given its weight and design issue), then I would look elsewhere.

I was at a point that I needed a new computer. After several days of research, both online and personal recommendations, I decided on the Dell 7200 2 in 1. So far it has been an absolute perfect machine. It is fast and the battery last all day. I also chose the i7 processor for speed along with the 512 SSD hard drive for storage. Probably more machine than I need, but with any luck it will last me for several years. Based upon what I have seen so far, I would recommend it.

Dell has always been my goto brand,This is my second Dell laptop purchase from BestBuy in less than a year. Laptop size is ideal for me, not to big or too heavy to put on my lap and a good size for writing like a tablet. The laptop runs at a relatively fast speed and it is easy to work with. Fast startup, big plus is the pen's seamless recharge dock, speakers are good to me for the size, screen is bright, colorful, 4K very sharp. Battery life seems good and has an HDMI port you can use to plug into a larger monitor and have a larger view to work on stuff. I wish if there were an additional USB port and priced around $1000. Overall an Excellent Laptop.

I have been enjoying working on this computer. It is lightweight and easy to handle. It fits easily in my luggage and I can carry it in my small luggage. It is quick to respond and I haven't had any issues with it. I did not like it did not come with a permanent copy of Microsoft. I have a government copy from work for government employees and it will not allow me to install it. Had to go a different route.

I LOVE this laptop. Been searching for over a year to find jsut hte right laptop for me. I hadn't considered the 2 in 1 before, but so happy that I chose this one. I take it with me every where I go. It is small & light. I love the tablet option. Still learning all the things it can do. I highly recommend it. I also use it with dual monitors when I'm home. It picked them right up & no issues with installation.

I always buy from Best Buy. Never had any issues with my purchase.

Great little laptop! It has an excellent picture and was easy to set up and use. Also like that the pen has a dedicated spot and is easy too access. The price was also really good for everything this computer has on it. I compared many, many, laptops before deciding on this one. BestBuy had it in stock and it was a since to order and pick up. It's my first Dell and so far am impressed.
