Dell Inspiron 2n1 7000 (7306)
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Gotta say, this laptop is the best so far. I've had for a couple days and everyday I keep messing with it the more is amazes me. I've transitioned from an Inspiron 7373, which I enjoyed so much until its battery started slowly dieing, it had me using it while plugged in. So far with this laptop, there are no signs of overheating like the 7373. The battery life seems to be doing good as advertised so far. It's a 2n1 which makes me love it even more. The quality is amazing, good touch response. The fingerprint is a plus and the keyboard is amazing. The look and feel of this laptop is just WOW! I thought having the pen in the middle would ruin the whole look, but it just makes it ten times better.

Great machine, IF you get the best buy warranty
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had BSOD issues on thus device since day 1. Didn't get the best buy warranty unfortunately. Kept contacting Dell for support hoping they'd resolve after I did 3 weeks of troubleshooting on my own for them. All they did was send me YouTube videos until I gave them hard drive failure codes several times and emphasized it was their issue. They sent a technician out who was not friendly at all and he replaced the SSD in about 45 minutes. To this day, I'm still having BSOD issues, but much less than it had been. So I bought a Mac and only touch this device when I really need to. Sad windows laptops have turned into this. I take wanted to love this device - specs are great - especially with the fanatic quality touch screen and stylus, but apparently QA isn't so great overall? So if you get this, do yourself a favor and get the best buy warranty, because you'll drive yourself nuts with Dell trying to repair these things!

Decent but FRUSTRATING
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. On the surface it's a well-built 2-in-1. Good portability with a great display. During use, it has been annoying as can be. I will mention right off that I have ensured that every Dell BIOS, driver and Microsoft update is installed forthwith. 1. I prefer to use it in laptop rather than touchpad mode. Yet the thing loves to go into touchpad mode on its own with the slightest movement of display angle. I ended up having to disable all 2-in-1 options to rid it of this annoying behavior. 2. What is it with this thing and sleep mode? It will enter sleep mode on its own even while you're in the middle of something. To rid of this annoying behavior I ended up disabling all sleep mode capability - and modified power settings to power down rather than sleep when I close the lid. Ridiculous. 3. Windows Hello. About half the time I've owned it - several months now - the face recognition camera will not work. An update will come along and kill it. No amount of uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers makes any difference. I've gotten used to using a PIN to unlock it and just the other day the camera started working. Mind of its own. Overall. Impressive Hardware but difficult to recommend.

Fast but suffers from lack of ports
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer is very powerful with the ssd drive it is fast. The one thing that disappointed me was the lack of ports. One usb c port on one side doesn’t cut it, you have to make sure if you get a hub it can still charge the laptop. Even if they had one on each side it would’ve been better.

Great machine - issues may be Open box related
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fast machine but within the first week had BIOS crash and have crashed several other times while just web browsing, nothing that would overly strain memory. Came without charger and pen which was omitted from open box details

I like it so far
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So many choices it was hard to pick one. I picked this up on sale and still think it was a good deal. I liked 11th gen i7 with 16GB ram. I thought 4k display was great, but i think its a bit of a waste on a 13 inch display. Probably using more battery than a FHD display and may not even know the difference. 4k display adds some chalenges on 13 display. Out of the box windows was set to 300% zoom to make the desktop look normal. I have dropped it to 200%. Most apps scale appropriately, but some dont and are very tiny and hard to select buttons. Stylus seems nice, but i currently dont have a use for it.

Good laptop, but not worth price
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really enjoy using this laptop, but after only a few weeks, I have been having some issues that led me to the three stars above instead of five. First, the mouse freezes every time I run a semi-demanding task on this laptop and the mouse keypad becomes unresponsive. Second, the active pen works well, but the tip wears down when used semi-frequently. I was somewhat startled when I saw plastic flaking off of the tip of the active pen after a few weeks of use. Third, every time I connect an audio device such as earbuds into the audio port, a loud and unpleasant buzzing noise occurs. This may be a result of a faulty Dell laptop update because I know that the earbuds work on every other device I own. This leads me to believe that the audio port itself is having issues. All in all, I do actually enjoy this laptop because everything else works really well, but I wouldn't buy it again for the listed price.

Posted .Inspiron1370002in1,
Thanks for your review and we're sorry to hear about the issues that you're having with your new computer. We'd recommend re-calibrating your touchpad to see if this helps with the response issues that you're experiencing: Some Notebooks and Tablets with Keyboards have added gesture features to the touchpad hardware and drivers. A few of these features are two or three finger scrolling, pinch zoom, circle zoom, rotate and swiping. These new features may be the reason for the erratic cursor movement since most are turned on by default. You can disable or modify the way the features work in the touchpad driver properties.
Here are some tips to modify these settings:
1. In the Search box, type main.cpl.
2. Touch or click main.cpl in the list of programs.
3. Touch or click the Dell Touchpad tab.
4. Touch or click on the picture of the touchpad.
5. Touch or click Gestures (depending on your computer there may not be a Gestures option).
6. Change the options as preferred.
7. Touch or click Save.
8. Touch or click the X in the upper-right corner to close the Dell Touchpad Utility.
9. Touch or click OK on the Mouse Properties window.
10. If the touchpad still does not work after following the preceding steps, refer to Dell Knowledge Base article - http://dell.to/2iaiujA.
