I purchased Microsoft office but not sure I will need to renew. I keep getting macafee pop ups and other things for protection when I already purchased Best Buy product. Getting that to stop would ge great. It seems pretty fast and I’m sure if I was better at this I could spin circles on it

The processer is capable of managing this and her multi tasking. The unit is well built and sturdy. Battery life is as described but would expect slightly better image quality. Blacks look slightly faded ( lighter). Overall I am happy

Display is nice/crisp, keyboard is responsive and I love the 2-in-1 feature. Set-up was easy. Streamed a 2-hour show with no glitches. Agree with commenters who mention cursor slippage when you try to click the mouse, but a minor detail. Overall, a great purchase.

Once you get rid of the bloatware, it's plenty snappy for normal use cases, and the Ryzen processor shines if you need to do anything CPU intensive. Relatively speaking, of course. I started noticing issues after a week or two. Random Right and Left Clicks of the mouse while coding. The cursor jumping around. Or windows tabbing in and out if I picked the machine up. On a flat surface, it's fine. But the aluminum on this unit is paper thin and seems to have no inner supports. It flexes, even just sitting in one's lap. Which makes this a good value buy as a bundle of parts, but a lousy laptop. Rest your hands on either side of the Touchpad typing, and the whole chassis flexes just enough to register as a press on the touchpad. If you pick the machine up by the area on either side of the touchpad, same thing--the computer registers is as a right- or left-click. These issues have gotten progressively worse over the 60 days I've had the machine. Unless you plan on working on a hard surface 90% of the time, or want to use it almost exclusively as a tablet, consider other options.

We will forward these issues you stated to our product team to improve ourselves for the future. Below are steps that can assist with making your mouse cursor move smoothly.
1. Open Control Panel.
2. In the Control Panel window you will need to left click on the Find and fix problems.
- Note: The Find and fix problems feature can be found on the System and Security section.
3. A Troubleshooting window will show, from the right side of the window left click on the Hardware and Sound option.
4. In the Device category left click on Next button for the Hardware and Devices.
5. A scan will begin and after it is finished you will need to left click on Apply this fix.
6. Close the windows you have open.
7. Reboot the Windows 8 or Windows 10 device and see if you still have this issue.
If the issues persist after the recommended steps, please contact Dell Support at your earliest convenience at 1-800-264-9896.
