I love the versatility of this computer. I am a college student so this computer was literally a god-send. The battery last me all day and it's great to type or write on. My only issue is that the screen brightness isn't as bright as I'd like but it's still useful. overall great laptop

I really like this laptop! I haven’t had a Dell in years, however I wanted the backlit keyboard. I also like the features of it converting into a tablet! The fingerprint sign in is awesome too! You have a headphone jack but the Bluetooth option to use pods!So many features in this small laptop and at a reasonable price!

I love my new laptop! It is fast, small and cute! Windows 11 is great. I can Touchscreen, use the touch pad or a mouse. My only complaints are battery life - only 8 hours and only 2 USB ports.

a wonderful laptop that is a perfect and comfortable size and is very easy to use! i love the fingerprint recognition that it requires to log into and the display is very smooth! the keyboard also lights up and is perfect for late night assignments!

I bought my open box to save a couple bucks but overall I'd say this is a really nice laptop for the money. Battery life is not bad but nothing to brag about. The keyboard is very nice to type on and the display is incredible for this kind of price.

Very good build Quality Laptop, I had a Lenovo before and this one just do the job without any problem. The only complaint I have is that the screen resolution is not clear and crisp as the other competitor in the same price range.

Great machine. Fast for web surfing, Zoom video calls, streaming shows. Webcam is adequate but far from great. Battery life is very good - typical is like 8hrs. Tried a pen with MS OneNote and it wasnt responsive enough for note taking - so I returned the pen.

Computer overall is good. Works efficiently and has nice features. The pen works well with the screen and the computer itself flips to become a tablet. Sometimes the screen freezes or looks distorted upon signing in but it goes away once you press any key.

Excellent model and really great for everyday carry

My teenager saved up to by himself a new computer. He has been very pleased with how easy it is to set up and how fast it is compared to his old computer. He is so excited that he can open multiple programs without crashing the system.

I purchased this laptop to replace an olther computer and I'm very impressed with it's performance. My daughter used it the other day to play a game and I was surprised that was able to run a game without a problem.

Solidly built 2-in-1 laptop (2021 model). More than enough power and capacity for business applications. The touch screen function is critical in presentation configuration, but can be useful when used in normal laptop mode.

This is a nice Windows computer. It worked well for the time we had it, booting up quickly and operating well. The keyboard was nice but the trackpad buttons were very stiff which hurt my wife's thumb when pressing the buttons. Take my rating as good but not great. We are used to using Mac's and used to their build quality and trackpad so we are spoiled. We ended up returning the computer after 10 minutes of use and getting a Macbook Air and running Windows on it via the Parallels application. Would I recommend this computer to a friend? Yes, it seemed solid and had a good feel to it. It just wasn't for us.

have had this for a week and so far very happy with it - love the backlit keyboard, screen and a fingerprint reader that works! Got it to replace a 3 year old HP spectre that had alot of issues and very happy to find something of good quality at half the price point.

Purchased the computer for work . It’s handling everything beautifully with no problems at all , love the fact that it’s touchscreen and it’s features like closable webcam is convenient. A must buy for the price .

The Dell Laptop won’t turn on. I bought laptop for College since the software for Microsoft excel is limited on the ipad. My class took about 5 month before the semester was over and in those month the laptop work great, a little bit laggy when using excel but it work as intended. Nothing to heavy on it just simple equation from excel. After class was over I didn’t use the laptop during winter break (about 3 weeks of no use). When it was time to check my schedule for classes I grab the laptop and waited 5 minutes to turn on. I even left it charging for 3 hours and nothing. It doesn’t show its charging nor has it turn on. Waste of money. I had to go back to best buy to spend more money on a laptop.

Lots of features have been added to my new computer ( laptop). I have shrunk the size of this laptop and now it fits in my backpack. The software was great and for a small bizzines and will be invaluable. Easy to use and very easy to customize and controle.
