A month after purchase, I use for internet browsing, email and excel. I’m happy with the speed. I haven’t used it as a tablet yet.

I really like how easy it is to use and how you can fold it over. I have not had it for very long but so far so good.

I have had great luck with my personnel Dell laptop. Using the touch screen is a great feature to have with the reports that my personnel have to fill out.

Happy with my purchase. I've had this for about a month now. I needed a PC to keep up with my workload and pretty satisfied so far. It was pain because upon my purchase I was bluescreened and an update to windows 11 occurred. That was annoying. All better now. Miss my number keys on the side of my keyboard. It is a pretty compact PC. I am used to a larger one. Love the backlit keyboard. I suffer from light sensitivity so must keep myself in the dark so backlit keyboard was important.

Bought for the office as a new replacement. Love it. Fast and quiet. Had to delete the usual "Dell Junk" but that is what you get with Dell.

I was helped to buy a new computer and printer by a knowlegable young man.. However I have a lot of questions to ask Matthew of the GEEK SQUAD, who installed it at my home. He gave me his phone number to call to set up another appointment to finish the installment due to the age of my old 2002 computer. I've left three messages on his phone, but he has not returned a call.

Good gaming computer after a while the touch screen stop working also my screen turns sideways sometimes and I have to manually go to my setting to flip it because shortcuts keys doesn't work. Doesn't notify you of any updates (my notifications are on) Overall I gave it 4 stars because it does run Sims4 well along with other games i play but the computer system itself is not reliable.

I was overdue on replacing my old computer. I couldn’t be more pleased. I love the size, speed and touchscreen capability.
