    Extremely simple to set up. Powerful enough to run statistics software for class, while I'm taking notes in Google Docs and checking the syllabus online. The processing speed is good, and graphics are great. Figuring out how to access the software that comes with it (McAfee, I think???) via Best Buy's "library" is a bit confusing, but overall a great purchase experience.

    Purchased this laptop 11/20/21. I rarely use it, went to open it today and the back left corner of the machine cracked along with the screen. I absolutely would not recommend it to anyone. I am so upset. I just tried to call dell and they are closed. It is Friday at 11.53am. Not sure of what to do now.

    The laptop is great for what I need it for. I use it for purposes such as looking up research articles, working with spreadsheets with about 10000 rows of data, and writing. So, if you're going to do simple stuff, this laptop will suit you. I'm not sure about performance outside of that. The glare on the screen is something I'm not a fan of but to each his/her/its own
