I enjoy the fingerprint passcode, light up keyboard, and the 3-in-1 compatibility. So far, the battery seems to be a little underwhelming but as a school computer, it should work just fine. I also enjoy the variety of apps I can have compared to my MacBook including Xbox, Youtube TV, Alex, and so forth. Overall, a great every day computer.

The screen is extremely clear even though it is on the smaller side (which I prefer for travel). The sound seems good, and it is fast and I have not had any issues yet. I am also used to batteries that only last for about 1-2 hours, but this battery seems to work for about 4-5 hours. I would definitely recommend it for every day use and watching shows.

The 6 cores Ryzen 5500u is a great CPU (I'm a software engineer). There are HDMI, standard size USB, USB-C, and SD card slots. They are all what I needed. The price of $600 was good. 2-in-1 is also good. However, there are two issues. The touchpad is difficult to use. You need to press hard on the corners to make a click. On another computer, I'm used to click & drag with just my right hand, which you can't replace with tap and click. For that reason I have to use an external mouse :-( Another issue is poor quality LCD. The dynamic range of colors is really narrow. Full-scale red is orangish. This is clear when compared side-by-side with other laptops.

Thank you for taking the time to share your input and review. We apologize for the issues you have come across with your display color and your touchpad responsiveness. We have provided steps below that can help adjust your color depth through Windows 10.
Here are the recommended steps for adjusting your color depth:
1. Close all open programs.
2. You can either right click Start, and then click Control Panel or click on start and type Control Panel and click the icon that appears.
3. In the Control Panel window, click System, and then click Display.
4. Select the monitor you want to change, if more than one is connected to your PC.
5. Click the Display Adapter Properties link.
6. Select List All Modes.
7. Choose your resolution, color depth and refresh rate from the list and click on OK
8. Click OK again to exit the properties window.

Lastly, Some Notebooks and Tablets with Keyboards have added gesture features to the touchpad hardware and drivers. I had laptop that I purchased from Best Buy several years ago. It was slowing down and there was not enough power to open the CD rom drawer, let alone run it. The Geek Squad did what they could, but it was old. So I bought a new Dell laptop. I really like it. The only problem is “user error”! I have worked on my iPad so much, I have forgotten the basics of a computer. I’m learning though.
