    Simply the best bang for the buck. This is an awesome computer that comes with the Windows 11 upgrade, it can be a standard Laptop or a touchscreen IPAD type of device. Crazy versatile and very fast. I am thinking if I can get my hands on 50 to 100 more, I just may buy them as they are perfect for a small business starting out and as a Best Buy TotalTech Member the additional perks are amazing.

    Great little laptop. My priorities were size and audio, 14" size is perfect for me. Audio is decent although other Dell models got raves. I was hoping for a little better audio but not a deal breaker. Having timed battery but definitely not getting 8 hrs. I do listen to a lot of documentaries and use my computer for research and study mostly.

    I bought a open box item and had to return it as it had issues with hard disk.I started seeing issue as soon as installed updates from Dell site I returned it and Best Buy was courteous enough to give replacement and I love the service they provide to customers I am enjoying using the new one all features Also,pay attention to disk size which is limited
