Too bad it happened, I really liked this laptop for its performance features but its build quality is too questionable.

Made me a true believer of the Geek Squad. Another IT consultant failed in getting rid of the malware. Now I have my old laptop , malware free, as a backup. A++++++ Love my new Dell

Being used to a chromebook and its responsiveness, I was reluctant to go back to a Windows based product. The keyboard on this Dell Inspiron 7000 2-in-1 14" touch-screen laptop is fast and responsive to touch. Screen is bright and large enough for my coursework.

It loads quickly and multitasks goodenough for me. As always it gas crap i dont want and cant figure out how to remove and it has stuff I need thats not there. The fans were so loud it sound like table fan going off, straight out of the box. Even while just having two tabs on Google chrome. I updated the BIOS and drivers as recommended by the Dell diagnostics but the problem still persisted. It was so loud that multiple people at my private grad school with Macs were turning around to look.Super embarrassing I grew up with PC and can’t figure out iOS but back to HP i go

I knocked off a star because the dell mail apps that are supposed to be able to link to a variety of email types is not very user friendly and I couldn’t get it to link up. Not a huge deal as I can still access on the web browser.

The bottom front has a major durability issue where if I were to press on the bottom of the laptop, right below the trackpad, the clicking mechanism activates without my consent. This issue is probably unique to me since nobody else has reported it here. I have had good experiences with Dell products in the past, but they need to be more careful manufacturing their laptops, even if marked at an affordable price. Other than that, it's a good device with specs that fit the needs of non-professionals fairly well.

The one thing i noticed that sometimes the trackpad can become unresponsive at times if your clicking on the left side of the pad. So i will have that looked at.

Sad to say, I just went in and purchased, w/o doing any research, so I am very lucky. This has been a great purchase. I use it to surf the web, have watched videos, just basic stuff. Easy to follow directions to set up.

My old laptop took about 5 minutes to boot up. I use it all the time because it is just as easy as using my phone. I like to listen to Spotify and the sound is exceptional. Can't really say enough its just a super nice laptop.

Display is great and very easy to use and set up. The weight is a little on the heavy side but other than that quality and performance seem good.
