I got this for my son for Christmas. He wanted a gaming laptop but we are calling this a "starter laptop" before spending a thousand dollars. So far it's a great starter, it still runs what he wants to play smoothly. Recommend it to be a starter as well!

The Dell laptop is decent. The touchpad is a bit quirky compared to my previous laptop, a Lenovo Yoga. Taz was a wonderful sales associate. He was informative and helpful as opposed to being pushy. I really appreciated his guidance.

Great little computer, the only problem i have had with it is, I can find a dock that allows enough power thru to actually charge it via the dock. Git to have 67w and most of the docks only allow for 57w.

I had a Dell 7100 13.5". Unfortunately it was ruined when a glass of water was spilled on it. I replaced it with Dell 7145 which is 14". I preferred it that 1/2" smaller. It also fits very tight in my sleeve.

Best buy always has great deals in store open box and this is one of them i still use it and works great very cheap price

This thing has blazing speed, and this is just with the 8GB model. The fans do get loud when running higher performing tasks but then again, so does any laptop.

Sales agent sold me because it was nice to have someone know exactly what they’re doing and remaining friendly! I have never experienced such amazing service she could’ve sold me a 3k laptop and I would’ve bought it simply for her knowledge and efficiency!

This has been a good unit. I use this as my personal mobile device next to a work supplied Dell intel i7 and I think this is a better unit. AMD processors have come a long way with Ryzen beginning to rival the intel

Worst product ever!!! I have purchased multiple laptops from cheap think pads to $1500+ macs. We have used this product for a little over a year and hinge just broke off. They have no return policies unless under a year. Out of all these laptops this one is the worst. I will never purchase a dell ever again. I honestly recommend any other product than the cheaply made dells. This is ridiculous and the customer service is just terrible!!!

Hinge broke at the screen when opening. It was a great laptop for about a year.

The laptop works fine and the software is fast. Despite these reservations, there's a lot to love in Windows 11: the lovely new rounded window corners and Fluent translucent design touches, Snap Layouts, Widgets, Android App capability,

I am very pleased with my new laptop. I'm finding it easy to navigate and am learning something new about it every day. It is just the right size for use on my TV table. I really don't use the touch screen very much as I prefer using a wireless mouse.

We are enjoying our Dell - Inspiron 7000 laptop computer. It was easy to set up and has worked flawlessly. We specifically enjoy how fast it boots up from a complete shutdown and it's responsiveness to commands.

The Dell Inspirion 7000 2 in 1 14" Touch Screen Laptop-AMD Ryzen 5 8GB Memory-256GB Solid State Drive in blue has been a great and convienient laptop. I would definitely recommend this.

Computer was great for the short time I got to use it. Ordered as an excellent condition open box and Best Buy did not send me a power cord. That was a terrible fiasco and experience. Returned because of customer service not the product.

Overall, I really like this laptop. The thing that really stands out the most is the performance. I have not had a computer with an AMD processor for over 10 years, each time I took a chance I had been underwhelmed, but this one really surprised me. It is running circles around my i7 based laptop that this will replace. It's also quite confidence inspiring re: the build quality. It's a little heavier than my equally sized laptop, but I feel the weight tradeoff is worth it. The hinges feel like they will last for years and years, whereas the computer this is replacing has a harder time maintaining the angle of the screen. The touchscreen has the right sensitivity and is a joy to use. The touchpad when in laptop mode is perfectly responsive. I like the backlit, chicklet style keyboard. Little details are also appreciated, like the slide to physically cover up the webcam. The only thing I have been disappointed with so far is the battery life. Earlier this weekend, I had a car stereo installation appointment at Best Buy, and hung out at a local restaurant to have some lunch and surf around a bit on this laptop and gather the facts I was going to use for this review. It was nearly fully charged and at first said 5 hours, 45 minutes of power remaining, which would have been fine, the car was supposed to be done in 4 hours. However, 90 minutes later I got the warning message to plug it in (I didn't have the charger with me) and only 3 minutes after that warning it shut itself down. I had been using it in tablet mode at the time, not sure if there is extra battery drain that way? This is only after one full week of actually using the computer. So that's a little underwhelming, but I am plugged in 90% or more of the time so it's not a deal breaker for me. I can't recommend this for "road warriors" who require a day's worth of battery life from a laptop, but then again you're going to be purchasing an ultrabook class computer for that anyway.

Needed for school, purchased Chromebook but that didn't workout, needed Office 360. "Dude you're getting a Dell." Store customer service, exchange, return, knowledge and helpful was good. Thank you.

I learning to love this light weight laptop for it's functionality and it's speed. The keys are large enough that I don't have to squint and the only issue is the light that shows the keys, I wish would stay on longer.

Bought two of these for my homeschooling teens. No complaints other than the screen glare. The touch-screen is a great option for certain apps/games.

Great computer, easy to setup, super fun to use. Replaces a 15+ year old computer that has been limping along. Long awaited replacement computer and really looking forward to all it will do.
