Purchased as a Christmas gift for my college student daughter..one day delivery as promised!! Needless to say, my daughter is ecstatic. Computer and software work perfectly, suiting all her personal and academic needs.

This computer barely lasted 2 years.. started having issues at 13 months of ownership. One month past the manufacturer warranty. Then last week, the motherboard went out. It’ll cost 430 dollars to replace it. Don’t waste your money!

The hinge broke after 18 months of normal use. Very disappointed with product

Just purchased, so far I’m really liking my new laptop. The size is perfect for me, not use to the touch screen but really like it. I’m not a gamer, haven’t tried any streaming yet.

It's a good and light laptop. Wish the video memory was a bit better, it only uses 512MB. It's a good ultra-portable though if you're not going to do any gamin.

This Dell Inspiron is great I bought it from the open box shelf and got a great discount on it, I also had help from one of the Best Buy assistance that was very helpful in finding what I needed for my needs

I love this laptop. It is the perfect size and weight. The clarity of the scene was astounding. It works as well in the dark as in the light. This is your next purchase when the need arises.

The laptop works great. I use it for email and shopping. It is fast and I like the keyboard and mousepad. It is not overly sensitive like my last laptop. The display is great.

We bought this to replace our son’s old laptop because he needed more memory to be able to complete assignments. It is a good fit. The Geek Squad was very helpful in finding something to fit the bill.

Love this new laptop. I bought one for my father in law over Thanksgiving Black Friday sale. Since I had to set it up for him, I got to use it a little bit. I liked it so much I bought one for my hubby.

It is a nice size. I wish there was an on/off button vs just closing it I don't like that when you are typing quickly, the cursor somehow goes back and the typing gets all askew

Very quick and easy to set up. The performance seems good to this point and the battery life is strong. The only downside is that it seems a bit heavy for it's size.

Average screen brightness, would not recommend for any decent multimedia application

I purchased this laptop as a replacement for a very old laptop and my tablet, i must say it has been an excellent replacement for both. It does everything i need and more.

Its been the best laptop ive bought feels and looks good fast and smooth gotten alot of compliments, and it has all the ports you need excelente purchase.

This laptop performs really well, especially for the price. I like the ability to add ram if i want to in the future. The keyboard also feels good to type on.

I dropped it and it easily broke. Also, not a good laptop to edit photos

I love how versatile and lightweight it is… you can use it as a tablet or computer! Light up keyboard is key! I do a lot of work at night and it really does help to locate the keys you need!

I love this computer- first time with Dell and was surprised at how easily I transitioned from my HP. Very user friendly , even for those who have limited experience with technological innovations.
