This is a really nice laptop that was a great deal while on sale. It is pretty fast, small, light weight, with a cool responsive touch screen. Can be used a traditional laptop or tablet.

Adam was the best. Matt helped me out at one point too. Regarding the new Dell laptop - the mouse moves all over the place and changes pages I am looking at. I may have to come in about this.

Nice computer for the money. Built like a tank. Dell has designed the bottom edge of the screen to extend past the bottom of the computer approximately 1/4" when keyboard is in use. The design results in the back of the computer being slightly elevated when placed on a hard surface (probably to facilitate typing on a hard surface). Unfortunately it digs into your leg when used as a laptop.

great! This is the second Dell Inspiron I have purchased. I purchased one last year for an employee. I liked it so much, I bought this model for another employee. I definitely would purchase again.

Great laptop, it is perfect for what I need. It provides me with the ability to complete my personal needs. I do not like having to subscribe to Microsoft Office but it is what it is.

LOVE THIS THING. This is my work computer and it is so nice, light, and easy to use. I am a big fan. It has a great amount of storage and is fast!!

It works really well and runs at a really good frame rate, and it let's me play minecraft with shaders and it still runs at good frame rate, it's amazing I recommend it to anyone!

Great laptop. The fingerprint scanner works well. The only feature which is a bummer is the USB C port for a docking station only works with the expensive Dell stations

I originally got this for my son for homeschool, it’s a great computer. I did end up having to return it only because it wasn’t what he needed to do his work. Otherwise I would’ve kept it.

Great purchase and Knowledgeable sales person. Very happy with my purchase I love this laptop and all my questions were answered by the sales Person very kind to answer them all.

The courser is jumpy, sensitive and has to be reset often, otherwise, It is doing what i need it to do. At the moment I have no serious complaints.

I like the size. The battery lasts ALL day and then some. I am very happy with the speakers especially because my previous laptop's speakers hadn't worked in years.

Since I've owned it for about a year, I heartily recommend getting this. It functions well and is strong. All of my expectations were met.

Works beautifully! I did notice for some reason when I shut it down and close it, then reopen it later, it's turned on again before I press the power button.

Great laptop! The screen looks a little smaller because I am used to the 15 screen ! I would definitely recommend this product no issues whatsoever! And it starts right away

Computer works well, however sales person sold me a CD for quickbooks along with the laptop and laptop did not come with a CD drive.....

The computer features work great. The only thing that would stop it from being a five star review would be that the battery does not have a long life.

Great computer!! It has good resolution, battery life, the latest processor that runs my softwares for work. Happy to have this computer
