Bought this computer when to use for my schoolwork. I like that it's small, light and portable, fits in most of my backpacks however small, and it's a touch screen. I have used for more than schoolwork and still works great even after two years.

Perfect laptop for its price, never ran into software issues. Only issue was after a year one hinge internally popped from casually opening the laptop and when I brought it to geekspot, they said “yea that happens a lot”. After two years the keyboard started to slightly lift off the computer bed. Great laptop and performance for its price but if you need something for four or five years put some more money into another laptop. Touch screen still worked after the hinge broke too.

I purchased this laptop because it can transform into a tablet, which is my favorite aspect. I mainly use it for school, uploading photos, browsing, and movie streaming. The battery life is also impressive.

I really loved this laptop and it accomplished what I needed in a computer. It was great for doing my school work on and it was VERY portable. Loved how thin and sleek it was and the touchscreen became something I used frequently. The camera had a built in cover for privacy and camera quality was also great. The reason it’s getting 4 stars, and the reason I’m saying this all in past tense, is because out of nowhere the bottom corner of the screen started to pop out anytime the laptop was opened. I never dropped the laptop and it was always kept in a safe place, stored inside a thickly padded laptop cover. It was quite literally in perfect condition and not something caused by damage to the laptop itself. Took it into Geek Squad (luckily I had 1 week remaining on the 1 year coverage I got) and they sent it off to be repaired. Unfortunately they weren’t able to find parts and Dell no longer makes this laptop. Geek Squad gave me a gift card for the purchase price and I’m now on the hunt for a new computer. Would have loved to be able to replace this one, but such is life.

I bought this laptop for school and I'm very happy with my purchase. At first, I was worried about the weight because Dells tend to be a little heavier than other laptops but this was perfect. It fits nicely in my backpack and the weight is light enough that it doesn't bother me as I go back and forth to campus. The screen is crystal clear; though sometimes, it's a little too glossy and it can make reading my e-textbooks a little difficult. The keyboard is backlit, which I'm really beginning to appreciate. I also like the option of using it as a tablet, though I rarely use it that way. The system is super responsive and very fast. I'm happy with my purchase.

I have had no trouble with this laptop. It does all that I need it to do plus some. I like that it's touchscreen and can convert into a tablet, but also when switching it to a tablet the keyboard still works and messes things up, so that feature isn't super handy in that way. Because of that I would have saved a couple hundred dollars and just purchased a regular laptop with that being the case.

One of the best laptop I have owned! It's not a gaming computer but I'm able to play a lot of the top games without any issues. No glair on the screen, the screen is nice and clear. I haven't had any issues at all with this computer, no issues after many updates.

I bought this laptop and it works great. It preforms well and has never crashed on me.I mainly use it for school so a max of 3 times a week as I only have classes 2 twice a week. Since i do not use daily i expected the laptop to last a lot longer. But recently after having it just shy of 2 years the right hinge broke off. My computer is no longer under warranty and i received several quotes around the same price of $200. For $600 laptop i expect it to be of better quality and last a lot longer than that. I also found out that this is a KNOWN ISSUE by Dell (there is a class action lawsuit). So while i like the performance, that do no matter if I have a broken laptop that cost hundreds of dollars and it only last for 2 years.

This was my first laptop I've ever purchased and I am extremely happy with it. It's very fast easy to use the touchscreen is super convenient and works great. The keyboard can flip all the way around and touch the back of the screen so it looks like a tablet and it even has a tablet mode that makes every thing bigger and easier to use as a touchscreen. Has an on-screen keyboard. It's also not a bad beginner gaming laptop. Mine came with a free 3-month subscription to Xbox game pass for PC. It also has AMD Radeon graphics software so you can boost your frame rate and tune anything you want to help make gaming faster. Including a new feature of one click overclock for the Ryzen processor. The biggest downside for me is that the 5500 graphics card is integrated with the processor so you can't just upgrade the graphics card. Other than that awesome computer. Capable of 4k output through the HDMI port but cannot output HDR. Great price I think for what you get. I paid $5 00 mine was an open box

This is like VFM, personified. It has like everything one wishes for. Its a tablet BUT not just a tablet and its a laptop and NOT just that. It has the latest processor which is power efficient meaning longer battery life. Its slim and lightweight. RAM and SSD are upgradeable in these days everything soldered onto Motherboard. Speakers are adequate and screen is gorgeous. The best prices as ever at 'Best Buy'. I have been with 'Dell' machines for like 20+ years and can vouch for their build quality. You wouldn't get anything better near these price points from the competition. The perfect laptop for moving around at home and still being connected. Couldn't been happier!

Absolutely magnificent. I’ve used this laptop for 2 years now for some gaming, work, editing videos, and mixing music. It runs everything simultaneously and easy. It’s also touchscreen and can fold into a tablet. Idk how every business doesn’t use this as their work-home standard.

Does exactly what it says it does and does it quickly. The only issue I had was the fingerprint reader wasn't turning on when the laptop was opened so logging in with fingerprint wasn't working. Needed to go to the manufacturers website to download a separate driver for it.

Great 2 in 1 laptop. Dell does a superior job compared to HP and Lenovo. I had a Lenovo Yoga that I bought in 2019 with similar specs. The Lenovo had hinge sensors issues; it would put itself in tablet mode disabling the trackpad and keyboard. The hinge had a plastic piece sticking out. Overall, Lenovo has a bad build quality. This Dell is the work horse that has the least amount of bloatware. The ports are ample featuring USB, Full HDMI, and a USB-C. I love this Dell and I see myself using this laptop for many years to come. My Lenovo only 3 years old is now retired. I recommend this laptop to all students and home users that want more than an iPad experience.
