    "Delete" button not working properly (sticks). Have been trying to get help from Best Buy. No luck yet. Otherwise, I like the laptop.

      1. At the desktop, click the Search the web and Windows box and type ""problem reports"".
      2. Select View all problem reports to view a list of errors that have occurred on your computer and possible solutions for them, such as updating drivers, flashing your system BIOS, or checking for updates to the software.
      3. Under the Source column, look for Windows and under Summary, look for Shut down unexpectedly.

Below I have provided the steps to change the power plan on your PC to help improve the performance of your battery. I have also given you the full article link, which has more options if they are needed.

      Change the Power Plan:

      1. On the notification area of the taskbar, right-click the Battery icon.
      2. On the options list, click Power Options.
      3. Select a power plan on the battery meter, such as Power Saver or Balanced. Windows 10 has a built in 'Battery Saver' mode that can be activated to extend your system's battery life. The Battery Saver mode will monitor and limit background activity and other features such as push notifications. You do have the option to enable or disable this mode within settings or within advanced Battery Saver settings, you can customize the mode to best suit your needs.

      a) Click on the Action Center icon in the taskbar and select the tile for Battery Saver.
      b) If running Cortana then type Battery Saver into the search box and select from the results.
      Within the Battery Saver settings page, you will be able to turn on and off the feature and customize the feature to best meet your needs.

    I sent it to my son at the army base in Virginia it almost didn’t make it on time, but luckily it did. However my son wrote the system is very slow, and the keys have started to come up. Unfortunately I have to wait until he finishes his training to bring it to Best Buy. Really disappointed.

    I never used an AMD Processor laptop so far, I had a bad impression on the AMD Processor laptop for years, either I bought Intel or Mac. This is the time I am trying AMD and It is good and works well. 1) Great look and feel. Slim design, Perfect size, and shape. 2) Battery life is good, I fully charged and watched a full movie plus worked on it for an hour, and still, it has charge very impressive. 3) Display - Full HD and full screen good to watch videos. The clarity is good. 3) Boot time - Fast. 256GB SSD works and helps the laptop to run faster. 4) WebCam works good and the quality is ok not bad 720p resolution, but if I compare it with my other laptop this is not great, but it is worth it. It has a shutter to close which is good. 5) Sound clarity and pitch both are good, loud enough to watch movies in a quiet place. 5) Metal and profession look 6) Never faced Wi-fi connection drop issues. Good Wireless connectivity. 7) Processor - This is the time first i am using AMD Processor, I had a bad impression before on AMD but this really works well, for now, Not sure about longevity hopefully it will perform well in the future as well. Processor speed 2.1 GigaHertz and it is a 6 core. 8) 8GB RAM Perfectly fine for home use. 9) Keyboard - Looks stylish and it is a backlit keyboard which means we can see the keys even in low lights. 10) 2 in 1 Design works perfect, Both laptop mode and tablet mode work great. No issues in touch, some laptops sometimes do not respond well with touch in 2 in 1 Designed Laptops. This is good no issues. 11) 1 HDMI, 3 USB Ports which includes TYPE C as well. 12) Lightweight and very easy to carry.

    The Dell 2-in-1 laptop is a great all around laptop. I have a couple laptops and this 14" Dell is very convenient to carry around and still plenty of screen to work off of. The battery is good, not the longest lasting but will go for several hours of video. The keyboard has a good feel and is responsive. The brightness is good, you can't use it outside but in shade or anywhere indoors it works great. The touchpad is very good also, I didn't have the normal annoying gesture recognition or flying mouse, it was just very consistent which is nice for a Windows laptop. The AMD chip seems plenty strong to run anything you'd want. The integrated graphics are lacking though. You definitely can't game on this laptop, but for video streaming or other normal uses it's more than enough. The USB-C was full function also. I was able to run a dual monitor setup off the laptop and it handled it perfectly. I had a USB-C dock that charged the laptop and ran 1 monitor and plugged a monitor into the laptop HDMI and it recognized both immediately while still charging the laptop. So this would be a great laptop if you intend on having a desktop workstation with monitors but still want something small enough to slip into a bag. Overall this laptop was everything I could have asked for. It did everything I had hoped and the dark gray color is a very nice touch also, it stands out against the silver and white options that are everywhere. I would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone looking to upgrade.
