    I have been using this laptop for over a week. The internet is very fast on this laptop. It remains cool and continues to run very fast. The touch is very accurate and the keyboard is very quiet when your are typing but very tactile and again accurate. All the apps I have ran on it shows no lag or hesitance. I can add images, shapes, and many tabs in the browser with no hit to performance. I would highly recommend this laptop due to its size and the various ports, USB A and C and HDMI, and charging is just as fast.

    Out of the box and set up is standard and easy. Though the finger print sensor was new to me and a really nice addition to easy and secure sign on. The web cam is lockable to provide extra security too. I really like the form factor. it fits well in hand and is easy to handle both in tablet and laptop mode. The drive is a little on the small side but being solid state gives very fast response and with most everything in the cloud has been more than sufficient for my uses. I'll be traveling soon and look forward to having this both in my car as well when I fly. The display is very pleasant and provides fast response for movie and media watching. Sound is good for a laptop but I'm still taking my headphones with me for best results. With great battery life, and the other features I mentioned, I can highly recommend this for anyone in need of a very portable and responsive device.

    This Dell laptop is the perfect travel companion for a photographer. It’s sleek, fast and powerful. It even feels premium in your hands. Personally I use this laptop with the Adobe photography suite when I am traveling. It doubles as a tablet which is really fun to use when editing photos in lightroom. I am quite surprised how cool and quiet the laptop is even under heavy editing. I am impressed with AMD and how they finally got the touch technology working flawlessly. The battery is spectacular, and there’s no doubt in my mind this could be a great laptop for a college student or as a work laptop.

    Solid laptop for mixed uses, does heat up from time to time so you’ll hear the fan running but it sounds like white noise. Display is great and haven’t had any issues in the last 3 almost 4 years.

    This was a very good laptop - until it wasn’t . After 2 years and 4 months, it would no longer charge. The USB charging port failed and the repair tech said the entire motherboard would have to be replaced. The cost of this would be too much. I have bought Dell laptops for my family for years. I have been pleased with them until now. I’ll probably look at other brands in the future.

    Looked good at first... Couple months after buying the hinge connecting the chassis to the screen became detached and the upper right part of the laptop has detached from the chassi to the point where you can see into the computer. This is a widespread issue with Dell. Im looking at having to replace the entire lower chassis/ body of the craptop to makre everything fit together again. Also battery charger port seemed to stop working... had to go in there and wiggle some stuff now it works again.

    So far so good. Its perfect for my needs ! I surf on the internet , I do very little gaming , I pay bills and etc. Haven't had a glitch so far! I had a dell desktop and I lost it in a fire , but it was great !

    Alexa does not work

    I purchased this laptop primarily because it was Alexa-enabled. The Alexa app does not work properly (usually ignores everything I say) and Best Buy wants to charge me for having it looked at. Other than that, the computer seems to be very fast, lightweight, and I love the fingerprint ID.

    Just purchased the Dell Inspiron,14,2 in 1 7415 on Monday, 2/14, so here goes. Paid 39.95 for setup Windows11,was told everything was working. Got home spoke to Best Buy Tech., 2 hours to try and fix location and allow on sites, no good, couldn't do, that was 2 hours of wasted time. Then called Dell, the screen stayed in Landscape, would not rotate. he took control of my PC, another 2 hours. No fix!! Mouse was jumping all over screen, tried to close windows, no can do. So went on Best Buy help, she said I need to purchase a plan before they can help??? Today is Wednesday, 2/16 Discussed, have to go back to store and tell them what happened all over .Not happy..Will return and never buy another product from them. They sell and sell, but it is my problem if it does not work??I don't think so. Am I alone on this?? Comments welcome.

    Had my new laptop for a little more than a month, used twice and no longer turns on despite charging and removal/replacement of battery. Super disappointed.
