This laptop/Tablet is a pretty good product. Its fast and easy to use, has some great features, and has a quality feel. However, my experience has been tarnished. I bought this for my wife for her Birthday back in September. She just started online college, so this was a huge upgrade from the laptop she was previously using. It was a functional gift. After about a week of normal use, it suddenly stopped working. We could not get it to fully turn on. Just a black screen. She mainly used it while plugged in so it wasnt a battery issue, just a completely dead screen. I exchanged it in store no problem. Now, a month after that, the charger is fried! It somehow seems to have gotten corroded inside the charger. She very rarely unplugs the charger from the device at all, so I am not sure how this happened. We havent had it near moisture or anything. And now I am forced to purchase a $50 plus charger to get the OEM. Just seems odd that a $900 device would have these issues so soon after purchase, no?! And since this uses a different charger than every other laptop we own, I have no choice but to buy another one.

Great, lightweight and powerful laptop. Needed a new one and didn’t want to break the bank to do so. More than capable of handling all work and home needs.

Great for the price. Bought it on sale. I wouldn’t pay full price, but it’s decent. I bought it to run one piece of equipment and it does a good job.

I have owned the laptop for 2 years and the only issue I have is the touch screen is very sensitive. Otherwise, extremely happy with the purchase.

I've been in school for 4 years now and have had all the other big-name computers but none of them can hold a candle to this one. Everything about this laptop is perfect and it exceeds all my needs.

LAPTOP VERY COMPACT. BATTERY LIFE IS SO SO. NO HEATING ISSUES. FAN COULD BE A LITTLE LOUD BUT NOT OVERBEARING. AMD RYZEN 5 IS MORE POWERFUL THAN I5.

Does what i need it to. Compact and easy to transport. Touch screen is a nice feature. Battery does run down quite quickly.

Laptop is lightweight, has all the features needed for the average home office worker. Dell's are reliable, which is why I purchased this one. Like the touch screen option too

This computer is awesome for the price and the brand. I normally purchase HP products but this was a much better purchase and the speed is excellent for everyday usage.

Im really enjoying my new Dell laptop. I love the features and how the feel of typing on the keyboard. I reccomend this laptop for the price (: Super satisfied.

I enjoy using this laptop. However, I wish I could still type when the laptop is folded into a pyramid or as a tablet. Initially the touch screen and keyboards was very sensitive, I would accidentally close out tabs while just trying to move the mouse. Alexa screen was constantly popping up when I was watching videos...that was the worse experience. Right now it is working fine and I've had the laptop for about a month. I also got the laptop at a really great open box price.

Separating the Dell from Windows 11. The Dell is very nice. Small footprint that I wanted. Lightweight. Screen is very good. Would definitely recommend it. Windows 11 - that's another story. interface is very different from past versions. Takes a while to get used to it. Edge keeps showing it close unexpectedly. Not impressed with the new interface. All apps open in Edge. Can't display two text files side by side for comparison. Edge only lets one browser session be displayed. 'Mail' is very feature limited. I'm used to Outlook but you got to pay more for it. I hate 'OneDrive'. Will not use it.

I got it over a year ago and I love it but within the first four months, the hinges broke luckily I had a warranty.

For the last 4 weeks, I've been using this laptop for college and everyday use. So far, the laptop has BSOD/frozen TWICE during light usage tasks. Sometimes the fans would activate and go back to normal. The only reason why I'm giving this a 4/5 star is that this laptop offers more features (Fingerprint Sensor, 2-in-1, touchscreen) than others in the same price range. Would I recommend this laptop to anyone? No. Save your money and wait until the holidays. For the $700 I paid for this product, you can find something better.

A small, lightweight, convenient laptop, the touchscreen turned out to be a very convenient thing on a laptop. I am more than satisfied with everyday tasks.

Great laptop. One small downside, only one USB port, could use two. Otherwise, fast speeds, compact, versatile as tablet or regular laptop.

lower right side screen got unhinged after a year and 4 months. no other physical damage not even a scratch. had to scotch tape it.

It was a laptop for my studies worked fine, just lagged a bit if I was running high computational algorithms, other than that it was a nice purchase

Purchased the Dell 7415 2N1 for my disable wife (to replace the 9 yr old HP) in Sept '21. No real problems except the touchpad sensitivity changed after some driver and Win 11 updates... Unit was operated in the laptop position and rarely moved. First week Feb '23 the right hinge failed, display was still working fine. Unit had never been dropped or mishandled. Took unit to Geek Squad and paid $85 to be sent for repair estimate -- estimated repair was $740+ which is more than original cost and more that a brand new unit ! Its obvious from the BB reviews and Dell forums the hinge design and/or manufacturing on this model are defective and replacement parts are unavailable Obviously cannot recommend this unit and disappointed in Dell denying that unit is defective.
