I might have given this 5 stars but I tried out a Chromebook 2 in 1 before I bought this Dell. The Chromebook is lighter weight, easier to open, and sleek with soft edges. BUT the Chromebook doesn't support MS Office so I returned it and got this. But the advantage this one has over the Chromebook is that it is more functional for anyone who uses their personal laptop for more than just web surfing and games. It's easy to get going on this one. It's fast, has wonderful screen clarity, boots up quickly, and MS Office products work well. So overall, I'm pleased. I've only had Dells before and each has given me many years of reliable use.

Bought this for our daughter for college. The size is perfect, and lightweight for a college student, especially when much of the work is virtual now. Great value!

Overall the computer has excellent build quality along with a great screen and good keyboard. If put under any real load it does heat up quiet quickly, but it is overall a very nice computer.

Grandson uses it for online school. Small and easy to carry. Seem to be fast enough! He's going to college so was important to be compatible with the school network!

Great laptop for the price i paid. Touch screen. Very light. Fast processor and very reliable. I bought it for school and some office work. I love it

It’s a decent computer for daily usage; especially with the touch screen screen features. but the battery life is not as par compared to other laptops in the market.

I needed a computer that was versatile and could keep up with zoom calls, multiple tabs, note taking, making videos, watching videos, and a host of more things. This one does all that and is not super heavy like some laptops can be. My one peeve is that the fingerprint recognition is not the best; it recognizes my print 3 of 5 attempts, which is okay but not great. Otherwise really enjoying this machine and not missing my Surface.

Really nice option for school work and virtual school days. Is a good weight and size, has all the necessary features, and good battery life.

Just bought it approx 2 weeks ago. Has wonderful features for me (e.g.: Word Dictate,). Nice sized screen, it's also a touch screen! Can't wait to discover more!

Wanted to like it but I just can't. Out of the box the fingerprint scanner didn't work. Did all updates and tried it again but wouldn't work 95% of the time then just stopped working. I registered the same finger 8 times. Contacted Dell customer service and after 2 hours of installing new drivers and windows 10 all over it still doesn't work. They said they would have to send a rep to my house to replace the button. Only installed MS Office 2019 and had several times where the computer would lag and freeze for 30 seconds or so and programs would stop responding. Battery life doesn't last long and drains quick. My screen brightness was as bright as possible but under normal browsing and file transfers/install it would die after 2 hours. I had the battery fully charged one afternoon and didn't use it at all that day and by the next day I went to use it and it was dead just sitting in sleep mode during the 24 hours. I really liked the style and feel of the touchpad and keyboard but with all these other issues I'm going to return it before it's too late

Love it. Responsive. Meets my needs regarding work and personal . Holds a good charge. I use both keys as well touch screen. Strong hinges.

This computer is solidly built, easy to use. We enjoy the touch screen and other features available. The size and weight are nice, still with the 14" screen.

This laptop is the perfect size-not too small and not too large. The touch screen makes it easy to use and the screen is easy to see. I am enjoying it.

This is one of many Dell laptops which I have purchase this has the touch screen with the AMD and great memory I would recommend this business and school

It's great so far. It starts quickly and surfs the web without issues. Touchscreen is a nice bonus and the display was the nicest in It price range

It's a very good computer for its price. It's utility is more for office work but is capable of hd streaming, that being said it can't play all computer games.

It's great, just what I needed to work from home. I'm still getting used to it do to the fact I've been using my tablet often, but so far so good.

Very lightweight and long battery life. Generally I like it. Links do not open as responsively as I would like Sometimes I have to click the drop down box several times.

Love my computer. It flips back and can use it as a tablet. The keyboard lights up. It is a touch screen. Windows 10 is on it and is easy to use

I bought the Dell for my Daughter who is in middle school and since Covid hit we needed to upgrade our computers in the house. So far this little machine is doing what it needs to do, It is has very good quality video playback and it works great for her Zoom classes . I like the AMD processor, I have a old HP Pavilion with one and it's 14 years old and still performs good.
