Regis was very professional and took time to explain everything about my new laptop. At my age things get a little confusing and he was very patient. It took longer than I was hoping for but they had some problems with my old computer. There was another man who thought he knew everything about everything and I wasn’t happy with him. I would not go back to him. He was there this morning when I picked up the laptop, Regis didn’t come in until that afternoon. I’ll tell everyone not to go to the other person!!!!!’n

Great Laptop, especially if you dont need anything too fancy. It's pretty fast and hasnt given me problems.

Great computer and it upgradeable. I bought with a 250 GB storage andcin stalled a Evo 970 plus 1TB Ssd. This computer is Fast.

Just what I was looking for. My old one was slowing down. I could update to Windows 10. Locking up all the time. Very happy with my Dell.

Given the ever changing technologies I needed a windows computer because the one I have is Apple and what I needed to do did not support IOS/Apple. Therefore, I was looking and doing my market research and found this dell laptop was in my price range, had good reviews, and available so I got it. Not anything fancy but it gets the job done nicely. If you don’t need a super computer then this would work fine.

Purchasing the computer was painless and efficient. The tech support at the time of purchase was very painful as the tech setting up the transfer of data was not very helpful and confusing. The tech that helped me when I actually picked up my device was very professional and helpful. I was very disappointed in being denied the BestBuy credit card from Chase as I have a credit rating of 830+. Don't know what would have prompted that decision. This will probably affect any further purchases I make from BestBuy.

My daughter needed a computer for school. This evening has a touchscreen and it was very easy to setup and use.

Let's go ahead and get the bad out of the way, the screen. It is absolutely unusable in daylight. It is also extremely reflective under fluorescent lights. Three days at work and it was all I could handle. It got factory reset and is back in the box. How can a machine this good fail with, arguably, the most important part of interacting with a computer? The rest of the computer is excellent. However, you will want to get another RAM module to run in dual channel. In the end, I am so much happier with the Lenovo Yoga 6 that I don't miss the Dell.

Very clear screen and battery last forever. Has had a few issues with messages popping up with weird errors. Son seemed to fix the bug.

Its ok for the price and ram. I wanted 16GB and an ethernet port but I miss read the one I selected. It seems to be ok so far.

Needed a light weight transportable laptop and this dell was a great choice. It is quick and the it can almost be used like a tablet.
