Love the touchscreen and fingerprint functionality. I use it for my everyday class and it is very easy to use.

Much faster than I thought it would be. And it’s much lighter than my old laptop which is great for when you need to port it.

Believe me when l say l love the value of best buy products l mean it. Within the last past 12 months l know that l have spent will over $3600 or more at best buy. Each time that l go back to buy products l am always greeted with an happy face and personality of a knowledgeable person. Never try to rush me to buy or rushing me to get out! Had ordered an hp soon as I got it took it into store to see about exchanging it for a dell payed lil more for the dell but totally worth it love it it’s exactly how I wanted it to be not saying hp bad it just was not what I wanted in a laptop the quality was not so good for me seemed cheap but the dell I exchange hp for I’m completely happy with it quality is good works great love it

Bought my first laptop at Best Buy so logic dictated that when my 10 year old laptop would cost more to be repaired and upgraded than a new one would cost to purchase the decision was easy. Once again very satisfied with the service of the Best Buy associates. They were professional, knowledgeable and transferred everything from my old laptop to my new one.

Great laptop that fit my needs. The laptop boots quickly and runs applications like Office and Visual Studio well. It can handle some light gaming also. The laptop is memory upgradable and comes with a single 8GB module. Adding another 8GB and switching memory to dual channel significantly increases gaming performance. I wasn't sure about how the 2n1 design would hold up after opening and closing but it feels very solid.
