Plan on time to set up computer with extra program

Can use as tablet if I choose to move around! Delivery was late by one day and a little bit of problem getting a security program I bought from Best Buy completed in registration. Finally got set up and working after phone calls. Overall, Dell computer is the best. Best Buy needs to increase supply each store receives.

The laptop being touch screen you would think it would have the temporary film on it to protect it but it didn’t. Had basically no protection from scratches or anything on the screen. Other than that so far I love it! Easy setup. Easy to navigate. Decently fast.

Great Little Laptop

The only minor annoyance was during setup when it started talking to me. I had left it in another room to finish and heard talking. It took a minute to realize it was the computer voice /Alexa/Cortina prompting for information. Once I turned that feature off, all was good. Fast and bright screen.

Good computer but no facial recognition.

I didn’t realize it will not let you logon with facial recognition like the Intel version. Called Dell to ask why it doesn’t work. They said I need to connect with software support and that isn’t covered under warranty. Best Buy personnel didn’t even know it didn’t work which was disappointing. Other than that, the computer is perfect for my needs.

Todays cost
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.so far quite nice! its been a while since a new computer purchase,things have changed. not so long ago,a new computer came loaded with most all basic apps. now it almost cost double to have the basic apps needed like microsoft word.we all know its about profit margins not consumers, has allways been & will always be. just be aware with your selection of your nexr purchase!
