I love how the keyboard lights up and how fast it works.

Easy to setup and use. I like the touch screen a lot.

This is my second Dell laptop and I'm happy with it so far. After installing updates, the laptop is quick and works well. The only downside for me is the webcam and mic. If you will be using it a lot for video conferencing, the quality might not be so great, which is usually the case for laptops.

I do recommend getting the laptop directly at the store because initially I ordered from the factory and the camera didn't work and the keyboard, especially the space bar, were stiff. However, I did bring it in and got a new one in exchange, and everything works great, the camera works perfectly and the keys are smooth.

I am taking this laptop often with me to work because I don't want to mix my private stuff with work stuff. I don't have much usage yet, but so far I really like this machine. It is ideal for students and for people who work remotely. Keeping my fingers crossed for happy years of usage.

Its no Chromebook (I love Chromebook lol) but its a great laptop! I haven't had any issues with the computer getting hot as many of the reviews expressed concerns about so I can't speak on that. But overall, it runs pretty well. I would def recommend! :)

My son is starting college next month which means on line learning due to Covid. We needed a laptop for him. This one is perfect for what he needs and it didn't break the bank. Don't be scared to by this b/c it's not the most expensive. So far he loves it and does everything he needs.

Light weight, clear pixels, display is nice. I did have an issue with transferring some of my materials from my previous laptop. It didn’t have enough storage space to transfer things such a movie’s videos and pictures . I did purchase extra security to protect my laptop from virus and hackers.

Very happy with the bountiful features and great price -- especially during our state's tax-free weekend. We know this will be a great tool for our son who is starting college this fall. Very happy to have a Best Buy/Geek Squad service agreement; just hope he won't need to use it.

My Dell Inspiron 14 7000 works very well and meets my needs. I'm really glad that I went with this laptop. I made my purchase in the store because I wanted to look at the various laptops to make my decision. I feel more comfortable doing that vs online purchase.

I looked at a Dell Computer at Costco and then went to Best Buy, It was a better buy at Best Buy. I also got a discount because I bought the software at Best Buy. The sales person was very pleasant and had a lot of knowledge about the computer. I highly recommend Best Buy.

This laptop is awesome for light gaming at low settings. Be warned, do not leave the charger at home if you plan to game. Dell has a 40wh battery in the ryzen model of laptops while the intel ones get the 42mh battery. It does look like on the inside you can take a 42wh from a intel model and put it in the ryzen model. Other than that, there is options to add up to 32GB of DDR4 3200mhz ram and a bigger m.2 NVMe drive.

Excellent specs for budget price, seldom use the reversible screen feature but it is sturdy and easy to fold. Slightly awkward having the keyboard in the back but nice to use this feature to quickly take notes in a meeting or draw something for a friend

Brittany came to our home to help us to know what we needed to to get for our surround sound working . She was very knowledgeable which is what we needed. The installers were also very helpful and taught what we needed to operate our new system.

My six-year-old HP laptop died, and I bought the Dell Inspiron 14 to replace it. I was able to resume my consulting practice quickly. Great value for the money.

The first laptop I received broke within 5 hours. The keypad would light up, but the screen stayed dark no matter what I tried. Luckily, I was able to bring it back to Best Buy and they sent me a new one. The new one has been perfect so far and I'm very happy I chose this laptop.

So far I love my new laptop. It takes time to get used to a new machine. The more time you spend the better you get along. Of course every program is new and I'm old so its going to take some time to get used to it! It appears to be everything I was hoping for.

My 9 year loves this laptop. I bought it for her to use for homeschooling, but she's already been getting plenty of use on it by reading books in its tablet mode. I can see this laptop lasting her for many years to come. We're very happy with our purchase!

It’s a laptop; it does what I suspect a laptop should do without any issues thus far. I am pleased with the value and performance; however, it doesn’t have a dvd drive. I overlooked that but then purchased the external one from Dell also: it works well.

My wife uses it for her remote work, and my kids use it after for virtual activities using Zoom, streaming video, school projects, etc. It has worked flawlessly since we've purchased it and haven't had any issues.
