Bought this as a gift for my wife, she is constantly using it for homework, shopping, projects, word, excel and everything in between. Shes had and used it for a little over 2 months now with now issues

Dell. Does the job. Like the lighted keyboard. Faster than my HP was, which was terrible. My only complaint is it was advertised with free Web root virus program, and it did not come with it, and nothing on the laptop about how to get it. Multiple attempts to work with online Best Buy reps to get it. Promised downloads would be emailed and never got them. Invested hours in this. Had a McAfee trial, which I do not like. It drove me crazy with popups to buy McAfee, so I uninstalled it.

I purchased this laptop to replace one that was no longer repairable. It's light, quick, easy to get around. The Geek Squad set it up. Best Buy always works well 'both sales and service'.

Overall it’s a nice computer. I switched to it from having a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 for several years. Wanted to go back to something with a real keyboard instead of a type cover. I’m still getting the hang of it and OneDrive.

I really love the Dell laptop that I purchased at Best Buy. I was also impressed with the salesman, Peter, whose level of knowledge of the available laptops made my selection much easier.

I am very pleased with this Dell Laptop. It is light and fast. The salesperson in the store was extremely helpful in recommending exactly what I needed.

Good computer. Good for my everyday needs of email, online work and watching tv/videos. Only drawback I have is I can’t get the fingerprint scanner to stay working. Even after resetting it multiple times.

Shopped around and finally settled on this laptop from you. Right on with all the bells and whistles we wanted. Sales person was knowledgeable and helped us make the final decision.

I like the 2-in-1 option. It makes it easy to multitask. I also like that you can set up more than one email account on the computer which is great for me to use my student accounts. I would recommend to other students.

The first one I bought was defective in that the keyboard had a mind of it's own so they replaced it. The replacement works beautifully.

I no longer have to worry about having to remember to turn down the temperature when we are gone. I can see right away what the temperature in the house is.

I use the laptop for normal internet use and video streaming (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) and it works great. It’s sleek and good quality for the price.

Love love love this computer! I have not had any issues with it since I bought it. Light and compact, yet big enough to see and work.

This is my favorite laptop, in fact it’s the second one in a row that I’ve bought of the exact same one. It’s reliable, affordable, dependable, and has everything I’m looking.

Bought this with my store credit after my hp envy360 kept overheating even while unplugged. So far this laptop hasnt had any glitches unlike the envy360 and seems to be holding up so far.

The laptop has been great for my daughter in college. It has the capability to have many open programs without locking up. It is also quick to come up. Very happy with purchase.

My favorite thing about this is its size. I dont have anything to complain about. It does exactly what I need. I use it for my online schooling. I am going to buy another one for my daughter.

Have always purchased a different brand of computer. This is my first Dell. It was easy to set up. Easy to use. The lighted keyboard is the best.

I purchased this computer for my grandson to use for school it was very easy to setup and use I have not had any problems whatsoever. I really like the backlight and that it is easy to carry.

I am delighted with this laptop. I bought it for my home office but it can be used for business office too. I highly recommend this laptop.
