Nice to have a new dell with high speed. I don't have to wait for uploading e-mail and other sights. I thought the size of the screen would be a problem, however its nice as well.

Battery stopped working after a few months use, went to geek squard, they repaired it, free of charge and bam, works well with nice display, would recommend

I have this computer about a month and I think it is great. Starts up quickly, screen is clear, and it does not make much noise. I have not used this in tablet mode, but I will soon.

Works great, durable, good quality. I added 8gb of memory right after I took it out of the box so I don't know how the 8gb does stock but I mainly chose this bc of the available ram slot.

I could use a tutorial. I’m from the age where I had typing in school, no computer training. It would help to have hands on training. There is a lot that I have no idea how to use to my benefit.

The PC itself is awesome, and it's user-friendly. Being totally wireless has its advantages and disadvantages. But all in all, it's a great product.

Love the 2 and 1 option for drawing and watching things like movies. Only complaint for me is the fact its brand new and plugging in the charger will freeze the conputer.

Purchased this Dell computer for my father-in-law. He likes it. It is simple and well built. Screen looks good. Mouse pad has a good feel to it. I like it.

Very pleased with this laptop thus far. I only wish it came with a user manual, even if it was online! Having some problems getting it set up the way I want.

The laptop I had been using finally died on me but being a senior in college I really needed something quickly... this laptop has been great so far and super easy to use

Just had a few problems with the charger and charging or the laptop after 1 month but managed to solve the problem but other than that the laptop is perfect and love everything about it!

Was a birthday gift for my daughter and she loves it. The slick look makes it wonderful especially being very thin and not huge to handle.

This a great laptop. Just the right size to use on my lap. The keyboard is back lit and is a nice feature. It is easy to use. Good value.

Finally have a laptop that I have confidence in. The only downer was that the price was a little high.
