Excellent laptop. It’s fast and I love the touchscreen. Easy setup right out of the box. Dell did a great job with this laptop. I highly recommend this laptop. You can also use for gaming.

I'm having a lot of issues with this laptop. The performance is great but the laptop will get hot extremely quickly and all I am doing is watching a YouTube video and the battery life is poor

This laptop is lightweight, we love the color, battery life has been OK, touch screen has been a nice addition, and the keyboard feels good when typing. We love the size! So portable!

Exceptional computer for the price. Memory is upgradeable and I think the HD can be swapped out too. Speed and battery life is better than any computer I've previously had.

This laptop has a lot of great high end features for a reasonable price. It is nearly half the cost of high end laptops but has features such as backlit keyboards, fingerprint recognition, and tablet mode. My only complaints thus far is that the fingerprint recognition is somewhat finicky, and figuring out the fn keys can take a bit. Other than that, this laptop seems to be pretty high quality. The battery life is really good. I've been using it off and on for about a week and I have only needed to charge it once (when I first got it).

Purchased for my son to take to school- it was easy to set up and get working with my already purchased apps of MS365 and Norton. Case looks tough and it is lightweight.

I bought this laptop because I'm going back to school,and my old laptop was ruined by water damage. This laptop feels great, the keys have a nice grip, the outside isn't made of plastic and screen is a great size. It's also really fast to start up and use, I play Sims and the game never freezes or experiences delays. The backlit keyboard is also very useful. The only downsides would be that my fingerprint reader hasn't worked since I bought it, and bottom of the laptop can dig into your skin if you are wearing shorts or something that doesnt cover your thighs, also it's pretty heavy. Overall it's a wonderful and beautiful laptop.

Bought this for my parents. Their HP died and I told them it wasnt fixable. :-) I was impressed by this machine for the cost. All AMD inside made it cheaper. However it doesnt lack in performance. The color on the outer shell is nice and different. Almost like a bronze or rose gold color. They are enjoying it. Very quick little machine and can game lightly without issue.

Bought this laptop at 2021 and it’s now 2023 and it’s the best laptop I’ve ever bought. Do recommend!

I love the bronze color. The set up was easy. I was ready to go in a matter of minutes. Excellent color and excellent computer. Also, great price.

I love this laptop. The touchscreen makes it very easy to move between tasks and to give my wrists a break from typing. It's the perfect size for me, not too small and not too bulky. I spend about 5-6 hours doing freelance marketing tasks, and it's absolutely perfect for that type of work. I just discovered that my camera is not working on the laptop though, so I'll be taking it in to get some help. Otherwise, everything has been great and this is the second Dell I've bought because I'm so pleased with the brand.

My Dell is everything I hoped that it would be. It has speed and the battery life is very long, and I love the addition of Alexa.

Haven't found a reason to dislike anything about this computer. I especially love the touch screen when I don't have a mouse. I was out Working and didn't have the option to print what I needed for an appointment so I was able to go to tablet mode and walk around with my clients without having to awkwardly hold a full computer!! Love love love it!!!

I have been one for if its not broken dont fix it, but the time came when my 2007 laptop microphone died and zoom calls became a thing, Didnt want my bad webcam, and headphones to mess up my hair. Computer works flawlesssly fast was a good deal when price matched with other places similar models and with the ssd, cpu, and even a touch screen for a 2-1 this thing is great!
