Bought this for my daughter and it has worked beautifully for well over a year now. No complaints.

I was searching for an affordable and attractive 2-in-1 laptop to use for work and graduate school. Happy to report that I found it here at Best Buy online! It's a beautiful machine with details that can't be noticed in pictures. The case is a smooth cool metallic bronze tone, edged in shiny chrome-like trim that matches the hinges and also borders the touchpad. Very sleek! The keyboard is comfortable, responsive, and lights up at the touch, which is helpful when I'm working on papers late at night. The touch display is bright and crisp. The whole thing flips around to become a robustly sized tablet. This 2-in-1 starts up in a flash, navigates through social media quickly, and handles word processing/spreadsheet software with ease. I use the webcam daily for work and school, so the privacy shade comes in handy during lengthy classes or large meetings. It's strong enough to support virtual backgrounds and my connections don't freeze up or drag. The sound is loud and clear and the mic works well. Over the years, I've purchased several machines from Best Buy, and they always do right by me. So far, I am very pleased with this purchase. I ordered online, they brought it right out to my car, and it was on my desk at home within just a couple of hours! 5 Stars.

The computer has been a god send during this pandemic. My on line classes are going well. Getting all the work I need done to complete my classes. I really enjoy the touch screen no mouse. It is a really good computer and would recommend it to anyone. Also buy the warranty just in case you have any problems and for webroot which is a very good spy ware. The geek squad is excellent and really helps keep your computer running in the manner it should.

The display is great! Happy with the touchscreen experience. Software experience could have been better.

Great product , great battery , no problems , i love it

This Dell with AMD Ryzen 5 is a lot more powerful than I was expecting. Starting up is fast, and all the applications I have to run, run well. I wish I had paid more attention to the overall storage, because I could have bought more, but the external drive runs well with this so I can't complain too much about storage. You'll need an usb-c hub, because with only two usb ports and one usb-c you run out of holes very quickly.

This is a great little machine. Setup was easy and have had no issues at all. Plenty of speed for me. I first purchased an HP but kept receiving blue screen errors and after taking it in for repair, was told it couldn't be fixed and received a full refund. I'm very glad I purchased the Dell as a replacement.

I bought this laptop for the specs as she is doing online school and the old computer was just a source of frustration when using the programs she needed. I tested it before she used it to make sure there were no issues. My daughter has had a seamless experience with it. It powers on quickly due to the solid state drive. The touch screen is sensitive for her drawing. And she loves the size - it is easy to take along and not as heavy as a larger laptop with a hard drive. We were concerned about the glare of the touchscreen but this was easily remedied with an antiglare screen protector. It did not inhibit the performance (using her finger and bamboo pen) or viewing experience on the touchscreen at all. She does not use the fingerprint reader, so I cant speak to this feature. The built in ability to block the camera is great. I had never bought a Dell before and initially hadn't looked at them, but I am glad I gave this one a chance. I am very pleased.

I love this P.C. I think is the best computer I ever had.
