So far I have been very pleased. Works flawlessly and has a great processor. Love the size as well. It is big enough while not being too big. Memory was my only concern for storing documents, but that can be easily fixed with an external hard drive for pretty cheap if it comes to that. In my opinion you can’t beat it for the price.

So far the laptop has been amazing. Pros: Very snappy boot times and launch times Nice typing experience with the back lit keys Windows hello finger print scanner Great processor Nice speed for the ram Easily upgradable RAM SD card reader and USB-C port Cons: Heats up very quickly The hinge makes the laptop rise a bit to help with cooling but can be uncomfortable if it is placed on your lap Both the unit heating up and the hinge design when placed on your lap can be a little uncomfortable over time. Very few USB ports Got it at $611 on an open box deal and so far has been an amazing on the go laptop

I have only had this laptop for a little over a month, but so far so good. The setup was easy and the upload speed with my internet service is great. My usage has consisted of Zoom, Office and Spotify and I have been happy each time. I have had no issues with battery life as I did with my Lenovo.

The computer is very good. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is because there is no documentation at all. You have to turn it on and it starts walking you through a bunch of stuff with no explanation of why you need it or if you need it or the benefit of activating it, etc. In other words you are at their mercy when you click yes. I believe most of the activation is for the benefit of Dell or Microsoft or some other company. Of course I know we'll never see documentation like the past but it's still an issue to me.

I admit I am spoiled by the 32" monitor on my desktop, but the resolution and color on this laptop are surprisingly good. It boots up very quickly and works well on all my applications. I am very happy with my purchase of this little laptop.

Excellent light weight laptop, that can bend backwards to be used as a tablet given it has a touch screen. Fast enough for school work, and even some light gaming. Speakers are good, and webcam quality is very good. Keyboard is comfortable. Has enough ports with USB and USB-C.

So far so good I had to download “blue stacks” app to get all my android apps. It kinda glitches when I use the touch screen idk how I feel about that mmm but lots of space and the screen quality is amazing. It’s actually pretty light for it’s size. I am not used to windows software so it’s a little tricky at fist.

Great laptop good for college students. touchscreen with 360 screen. great camera with an option to close it. Does not come with a pen great editing software moves fast weighs a little bit heavier but is not too bad. battery is okay definitely a great laptop overall.

Great Laptop! I really like it. It’s very slim and lightweight. Amazing features. Picture quality is beautiful. Sound is great. Excellent 2 en 1 laptop. Sandstorm is a nice color. I was very indecisive I did not know which laptop to buy but I am happy because I made a good purchase ...a good choice.

Great 2 in 1, works great with Bamboo pen and in tablet mode. I thought the case would be aluminum but there is more plastic than I thought. Great size and processor is great for most everything I use it for. I upgraded the SSD or M.2 drive to 500GB as I know 256 is too small for my needs.

I really like this laptop, but about two weeks after I received it the webcam stopped working and went completely black. I checked the laptop to see if there was any damage and found that the right hinge looked as though it was going to split. I dealt with it for about two weeks until the camera randomly started working one day, but it went black again shortly after. I brought it in to Best Buy, exchanged it for a new one, and the new one was shipped to me two days later. After almost two weeks of owning it, the webcam has gone black on this one too! Apparently the first laptop's webcam issue didn't have anything to do with the damaged hinge. Very frustrating.

Bought this from my wife for school Great working laptop. I do hate the fact that Windows always have antivirus software always trying to sell you something every minute... Probably will be switching her to Apple

I purchased this laptop for my son just before he left for his second year of college. We were looking for a quality laptop, but did not need one for gaming. This was a middle of the road option. My son is happy with the purchase and has not had any issues with it thus far.

Always review the battery first and this one is still going strong after almost 2 years. Overall a good laptop. I drop it and the sim card was shoved into it. Geek squad made it good again.

I would definitely recommend this product to anyone. Not only is it user friendly, but it is also fast with its responses. It is light weight which makes it very portable. It also doesn't seem to freeze up as easily as other computers. Overall, this was a great buy.

This is my first laptop. My son had to help me with the setup. So far I love it in fact I'm writing this review on it. I have been using my Dell all in one computer but it is getting older and slower. So I decided to try a laptop and work from my recliner. I love it.

Recently had an Acer I bought a couple years ago that broke at the hinges. Really needed a new laptop for college, and when I went to look at lapotops I was looking at more powerful ones but for around the same price but the build quality on most were subpar. Since my last laptop broke, I decided not to deal with a poorly made laptop. I came across this beauty, a little less powerful then what I wanted but still does the job! It looks and feels very premium, and seems like the laptop will stay in physical condition for a long time. I use my laptops everyday so I now expect my laptops to be built with good quality materials. I really recommend it, but this laptop is not for gamers. I had to take the sacrifice on gaming since I was on a budget looking for a reliable laptop for school.

good speed computer, like that the keyboard lights up, it is a little slow to load Google Chrome for whatever reason and the battery dies somewhat quickly depending on what you're doing but overall decent. We'll see how it holds up once I start online classes.

Got this for my son who’s in college and it seems to be working out pretty good for him. It doesn’t have an Ethernet plug so make sure you get an adapter just in case. The school’s WiFi was down and he had to have it hard wired for the 1st week of school.

Works perfectly to meet my needs. I was debating between a MacBook or Windows, and decided to go with this one because of the price. The specs are fine for what I use it. Work, Email, Browsing, YouTube, Movies, and occasionally games.
