Bought this computer for my daughter and she loves it! Battery life is good, she’s able to play her games with ease and doesn’t complain about lagging. Loves the flexibility of device

This is a secondary laptop for me. It was easy to set up. Lightweight and portable. My only issue is the screen is not very bright. I need to keep it between 75-80%.

The computer is great. However, I’m disappointed in the service from the Geek Squad. I PAID for the data transfer & Windows installation & was scheduled to have it done about 5 days after purchase. Then I got a call canceling that appointment because someone on the Geek Squad had been exposed to Covid19 & possibly exposed others. No offer was made to send me to a different store just a rescheduled date of January 6-2 weeks after purchase! I appreciate their caution but not the lack of customer service. I’ve installed the Windows software & antivirus software myself. My son in law has done the data transfer. I’ll be in for the credit to my account!

I’m Looking this Laptop,it’s AWSOME of course I’m still in training.My daughter’s teaching me how to use it but it’s gonna be excellent for playing my games as well..

This computer is really fantastic for the price (I even got it on sale). It boots INCREDIBLY fast with the SSD and the fingerprint works quite well once you know what angle to use. I use this to run a VM for my college classes and it works well along side running videos and tabs. I never see a delay in anything. Of course the fan runs a little loud if playing any sort of game, but that's to be expected and one small complaint.

I purchased this computer after returning an HP 2-in-1. After using it for a week, I’m very happy with its performance! I use it for browsing, for our budget, for some work stuff, and for listening to music and streaming shows and movies. I’m able to run many programs at once, and I don’t notice any lag at all. The fingerprint thing doesn’t always work, but it’s not enough to dock a star from this review. Overall, I am very happy with the computer!

The computer is fast and very easy to navigate. I like the tutorial provide software to help me understand and the the know-how of how to use the laptop effectively.

Got this on sale. It is a good computer and has a nice battery. The touch screen is nice for jobs where you need a laptop that goes with you to different job sites from day to day.

I truly love my Dell laptop! From the purchase experience to now. The speed is perfect! I had a budget and the supervisor was able to stay within it to meet my needs.

Battery was great, easy to navigate but I thought it came with MS Office included in the price and it didn't, it said I had to renew my subscription so therefore I couldn't justify the price.

This product was a gift for my daughter. She loves it, how easy it is to use and how compact and portable it is. It has made her home schooling a better experience.

The laptop is lightweight, the graphics are good and I like that it doubles as a tablet. There are so many features to this that I have yet to discover. Excited to start.

It was not explained that the software i.e. Microsoft Office Suite does not come with it and was not loaded so I had to go back and pay more money and get it loaded! Not a great experience.
