it's my first Dell, I found it is the perfect size for travel, very fast, and reliable. I would recommend this laptop to a friend.

Much better than a similar sized HP. Very fast. Screen may be too small for some users but could connect to larger monitor and keep the portability.

It came with a few issues. It gets way too hot when operated for long and hibernates unreliably. Also, it has cheap and weak body. Probably a good temporary laptop, but not a good long term investment

Slower than a potatoe. Mouse cursor lags on desktop screen.

Got this laptop for my daughter. She loves it. Being a teenager, she is into video creating, editing, you name it. Compared to her previous older unit, the higher RAM and SSD drive allows her to accomplish her task with minimal drag. The 2-in-1 gives her the flexibility to treat the laptop like a tablet and work on her projects even while traveling in the car. Not going to go into the details as specs and its capabilities. This laptop has what she needs and that is good enough. There were no issues as far as setting it up or installing apps.

Light weight but powerful. Very clear sharp screen. Battery seen to last a long time. Like the keyboard and touch pad action.

It is an excellent laptop, compact and small, the ryzen 7 runs excellent and for basic task you wont have any troubles.

This is a fast computer and at the price you can’t beat it. I can’t tell the difference between it and an intel processor.

Great laptop! No issues. The screen looks amazing! One problem, I wish it had a usb-c port, it just has the charging one.

Computer is stylish, looks nice. So far, what I've used it for, it is very fast. Nicest laptop I've ever owned.

So far my cpu is great. All the features required for a person who is primarily or 100% online or using multiple cloud-based sites simultaneously. The Only con is there are no real compatible hard shell cases or sleeves for this model. As a avid business (and personal) traveler with all work online, a hard shell casing would be nice! Dell or someone should send complimentary hard shell cases to all customers who leave a review.
