    Brought it on sale so no complains but it is not a rugged product. Use it gently and if you are one of those people who carry your laptop open putting pressure in wrong places like hinges or screen then shop your self something else.

    A solidly-built, high-quality laptop. The case is aluminum, very nice to touch. It is light given its size and materials. Battery life is not quite a full day, but close. You might be able to squeeze a full day if you reduce screen brightness. Plenty of computing power and storage. Charges with USB-C cable.

    Have had this laptop since September and other than a small issue with needing to restart the laptop to use headphones if they are removed and then inserted again, this laptop has had no problems. This replaced a Lenovo Flex series which was troubled from the start. This Dell has a responsive touchscreen and many great features.

    Poor quality build. Battery died and if you hold from one side then it will automatically restart. Screen reflection is too high... Overall bad.

    In general is a good laptop as it does its job properly. The only problem is the noisiness of the fan at times. Would recommend the same kind of laptop with an intel chip instead of the AMD Ryzen 7 one for a lil bit more money.
