    Glad i read the specs and did my research before getting this laptop. Some of the specs are just incorrect, either by mistake or purposely misleading. I'd also wish they stated the screens refresh rate. Sadly, best buy doesn't put in the effort

    I have only had laptop for two weeks. Colors are bright. Seems durable. Fast startup. Keyboard small. First time with touch-screen so haven't figured out how to use much. Backlit keyboard is nice. So far battery life seems to be decent. Disappointed only 2 USB ports.

    A little tiny, but powerful and with a responsive touchscreen. I'm enjoying the fingerprint unlock, and that my phone is also USB-C for charging. I'm a grad student so it's a good mix of power for data analysis and doing TA sections on the touch screen.

    First I was not sure if AMD processor will be as good as Intel processor but after using I feel no difference. Also this Dell laptop is great for its design and sleekness. 360' fold gives a better way of working on it. I recommend this laptop to buy!

    Bought this Nov 2021 and it still preforms as well as it did on day one but the right hinge completely busted and pulled out so we can no longer close it.

    The Product was very good, HOWEVER the hassle of buying it across the country and having someone else pick it up was a royal pain. Specifically I made two orders, but the Utah Best Buy only gave her one, so she had to go back for the second one.

    Had laptop almost a year, very well taken care of. Right hinge just snapped out of no where while opening for work. Best buy says contact Dell, Dell is NO help!!! Opening failure is on the customer....All that money down the drain, Apparently this is a common issue lately. Save yourself the headache go with something else.
