I have bought and return many other laptops (Samsung, HP, etc) because they have problems as soon as I bought. Even worst, their own technicians could not correct the problems. Affect my bad experience, this one is the contrary. Easy to use, works perfectly, etc. I love it. I wish the cost was lower.

Had the laptop for two years it worked great for almost two years. However, until recently had keyboard issues where certain keys did not work. Then, the right side screen hinge decided to pop out. Which through research is a manufacturing error. This completely destroyed the laptop. Would not recommend to anyone.

Bought this to replace a laptop for the shop guys, running basic diagnostic programs so this little guy way over powered for actual needs currently. Seems to be solid piece, specially for the sale they were running during labor day.

Love this little laptop. Has a strong graphics card that can handle most games well while being a versatile tool for work, and study. If your looking for a basic laptop that won't bang your buck. This is the one.

This DELL laptop is very good. I would give it a 9.5 I have bought only DELL laptops, because in my experience, it is reliable & I have trust that it will hold up well. The agent who helped me buy it also gave me good information about some of the new features.

Laptop works very quickly and boots up in about 5 seconds. It's pretty light and compact and has a pretty good sound system. The only thing is that within the first two weeks one of the keys became detached from the keyboard.

My husband needed a bigger screen for his business computer and we really like that it is an all in one computer. I am still having to remind myself that it is touch screen.

Thus far, I'm very happy with this computer. It's light in weight, quick to respond, and does everything I need it to do. It's a great device for personal research as well as for college use. Soon, I'll see how well it does with editing and transferring videos for YouTube.

This is a personal computer that supplements my work laptop. Screen quality is very good and the startup time is great. The corners, while rounded, are still a little sharp but isn't a problem after you adjust how you place your arms when using the touch pad.

computer is very nice but Best buy told me to go to help desk to load my new Microsoft office , desk told it already installed , but when I got home it will not except my office code as it says it was already used. now ! month later , still not working.

Purchased this laptop because specs were nice for the price. 512GB with Ruyzen 7 and 16GB of Ram. One issue. After about a week the USB C charger connection stopped charging and error messages started popping up that the Adapter would not charge. Looking this up there are some known issues with this model and the USB C charging port. Since this was both work and personal computer, if this was an issue a week out of the box, I needed to go different route. Returned and bought a MS Surface Laptop (paid more money). Great potential but not worth the issue

Lost the Internet drivers after 2 months. I reinstalled and the driver still kept failing

This computer exceeded expectations. Good memory and speed, easy to use as tablet. Easy bluetooth connectivity to large keyboard. Video capability powers 3 screens. Just wish it had more USB ports-it only has 2 plus 1 HDMI.

Extremely happy with this laptop. Processing speed is fantastic. I didn't want something large and heavy but still wanted performance.

It’s light and easy to handle. It starts up and gets me to y home page faster than any other computer I have owned. I’m glad I bought it and the service during the purchase was excellent. The sales associate answered all my questions.

was a great laptop while i had it. ended up returning it because i realized i dont use laptops/computers enough to justify the cost of one. screen was a little small once i got home making excel somewhat difficult to use.

I love this computer, and word 11. Was using Chromebook, creating spreadsheets & printing was challenging. Really glad I decided to go back to dell Inspiron

Using this laptop for cybersecurity school, 8 cores really helps to speed things up. It was on sale when I bought it not sure if it’s worth full price yet. Even with the features like folded and touchscreen.

Small but powerful has space for gtav with mods plus other games must make sure when gaming have the fan down which is on bottom uncovered instead of the sides has a function key to turn off the f1-f10 keys
