Purchased this for my son for college. He loves it and he explained that the features are very useful and helpful. This was his first device that wasn't a chromebook. He loves his new computer. Glad we purchased it for him.

I love this computer. Fast, durable and easy to use. Survived UPS throwing the box over my fence and have used it evry day since. Great battery life and touchscreen makes it super convenient.

Love this model, very fast heading to college and this was a recommended model as I will be doing graphic design. A little on the heavier side but applications open very quickly. Display is very good. So far very pleased.

Works well as intended for work purposes. No issues- but don't install the malware protection as it is a pain- bugs you when the free subscription runs out.

Using this laptop for two months and it is doing great. In love with this product. Little noice sometimes but all other times it is quite. The video quality is excellent. I like the convetible feature.

Great computer, really good graphics pictures are crisp and clear. Light weight and very thin. Love the way you can use it as a tablet.

I haven't touched a computer in 3 yrs... Besides using my cell phone and tablet, I didn't see the need. Boy, am I glad I researched and chose this particular laptop. Highly recommended.

Piece of junk. A hinge broke in less than a year. Then broke again a year later and now they want to charge me $300 because their laptop has a defect.

I'm very impressed with this little 2-in-1 laptop! Where to start? Well first thing is I would start out with is the performance. The AMD Ryzen 7 and Radeon Graphics combo is rock solid. Performance is great, even with some 3D games and most would be playable on low or even some games on higher settings. I was able to download and play several games from the Microsoft Store and was skeptical it would even run Ori and the WIll of the Wisps but it does on high settings without any issue! Wow! Only thing I would say is the fan runs constantly under loads but it does manage to keep it cool and they aren't that loud in comparison to my gaming laptop. The next thing is this laptop is packed with features and is built solid with a metal chasis and frame so it's sturdy and feels nice to type on. The keys feel good and are easy to type on and easy to see because they are backlit. I'm actually writing this review on it and can type ever bit as fast on it as I can on my desktop which is amazing for a smaller 2-in-1 laptop. Dell usually delivers nice keyboards and trackpads and they certainly did on this model. The touch pad is huge and makes it easy to use the mouse with the touchpad. The fingerprint reader works great and makes it a breeze to sign in with. The camera has a privacy cover built in which is a welcomed add on. The built in sound with Waves audio is done really well and sounds just as good as both my iPad and Samsung tablet and perhaps better with the 3d tracking it does when you wear headphones for truly amazing 3 dimensional audio. Microsoft has made Windows 10 easy to use and setup and in many ways it is better than Mac OS in my opinion, especially combined with an Android phone as you can text, call and view files from your phone or even use your phone on your desktop - VERY COOL! I was up and going in less than 10 minutes and there are enough included apps to get you going and the best part is you can skip anything you don't want. Dell keeps the included software down to a minimum too which is very welcomed so that it doesn't get bogged down with stuff you don't want or won't use. All that I could see that it comes with is the Mcafee and Office Trials and then Dell's My Dell app. All of which are easily removed if you don't want them. Now for the only things I wish that Dell would have done a little better on. The first is the display.. the pixel density is not that high and you can see pixels when you use it as a tablet. It's not very bad but it is noticeable if you look close when you are in tablet mode. The next is the USB-C port.. there's only one Type C port which is the only port that does the alt display mode and is also how the laptop charges. Which that's fine, if you have a monitor that will charge the laptop while it's plugged in to display on the screen. If that's what you're after, this laptop will do that which is AWESOME! I'd recommend Dell USB C monitor with this laptop which then would let you dock to the monitor, keyboard and mouse with a single cable. The USB C port is ultra fast so if you have a USB C storage drive, you'll get a huge speed boost with this laptops USB 3.1 ports. It also has a MicroSD slot which is awesome for quickly adding storage for transferring files. All being said, I would absolutely recommend this laptop even with the couple things I wish Dell could have improved on. The display is still bright, crisp and looks good enough for every day use. Only having one type-c port is a bummer but not something you necessarily have to have as most USB C monitors have a passthrough or charging ability. It's hard to complain when there's so much good about this machine in terms of performance and overall features.. which is makes this machine a laptop I'd highly recommend.

I've had several Dell products in the past, but this one is really a great purchase. Great speed, storage, graphics, flexibility with loads of memory. Good ports and lightweight.

This is a solid computer. It has enough processing power. It’s good for virtualization, software development, etc.

Very good laptop and at a great price! I bought the laptop for school, but there is a lot more stuff that can be done with it. Wish it came with a stylus though.

Luv this, bought it for my niece who is starting school. She loves it. easy to use, migrated to education edition with no effort. 16 GB makes her do many things simultaneously.

I bought this laptop for it's 2in1 use, has more enought memory and SSD is upgradable. Overall a great product in terms of usability: just the appropriate size of screen.

Perfect for my needs. Display is very crisp. Speed is above average. Keyboard is little more compact than I was expecting.
