|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Dell - Inspiron 7000 2-in-1 14.0" Touch-Screen Laptop - AMD Ryzen 7 - 16GB Memory - 512GB Solid State Drive is a lightweight laptop. Setting up was very easy, the laptop automated voice walks you through the steps. The battery lasts a long time without having to charge. The 2 in 1 allows you to use the device as a tablet. The laptop hinges appear to be sturdy when tilting the screen to go into tablet mode. You can do your Zoom, MSTeam, Google meets meetings with the built-in camera. It comes with a camera shutter to ensure that you have privacy in case you don't want to show your screen. Another feature is being able to connect my cellphone to the laptop to take calls. Very nice feature. This laptop features Dell Cinema, which allows you to easily connect to your streaming services all in one place. With Dell Cinema I was able to quickly connect to my streaming services. When watching videos was impressed with the audio and the vivid colors. I LOVE the Waves Maxx Audio Pro by Waves. Provides speaker and microphone audio. The sound is amazing! Can be used for single-use, content creation, and conference group meetings. Lastly, typing and writing memos, emails, and documents is easy. The keyboard was able to keep up with my fasting typing speed. I type close to 75 to 85 wpm. The keyboard was comfortable and the mousepad is positioned for me in exactly the right place. Yes, I would recommend this product. PROS: Audio Streaming Easy setup The keyboard is easy to use. 2 n 1 Lightweight The picture quality is good Excellent Storage Ability to connect to my phone. The speed of the laptop is fast. Solid State Drive (must have) CONS: I have none at the moment.

I've kept it very clean in a case away from all food . It makes no sense it sticks!! must be a defect , no luck so far getting help with it

Just to make note for anyone else interested in buying.

Poor Product - Need Fixing

Dell Warranty didn't apply, and I wish Best Buy would offer to fix it for free since they sold me this product. Really poor quality.
