I took it back to Best buy and was able to exchange it for a new laptop which was also a Dell Inspiron. When I got home the laptop didnt turn on unless it was connected to the charger. I had a Dell guy come out and he told me I should just return it for a new one because even with a new battery a new one should have been fully working. I ended up bringing it back and returning it to Best buy and ended up getting an HP envy 360 instead and I've had no issues with this one so far.
