I almost always have to restart the laptop to get my apps to open. I have a hard time switching from one task to another if I close an app but then need to open it again. Or open a different app. Otherwise, it is a nice machine.

And the fingerprint scanner for my model does not work. I don't really care about those features but other people will. Other than that it's a decent laptop for the price.
