Fast and capable. If the screen were to swivel it would be 5stars. I don't like that the keyboard is exposed when in tablet mode. There is no protective case. Overall, it is a nice laptop.

I've been using this laptop for about a month now and it was loaded with Windows 11. It's been performing well with a good high resolution screen for what I need it for. I'm not a big gamer so the CPU speed and screen refresh is doing well. Videos are crisp and color resolution is good. I'm also driving a 34" LG 4K monitor as well and it's driving it without any issues. The hardware components are good and don't feel cheap and my only negative is that I wished it had another USB C port. I haven't had any compatibility issues with Windows 11 so far with my business applications either. For the Black Friday price I got it at, it's been good value.

Omitting the screen glare, this is a 5-star laptop. Very fast, great graphics and functionality. I’ve only had about a month, but so far zero operation issues.

Just the laptop I needed! The touchscreen is awesome. Don't need two separate devices, i.e. a laptop and a tablet. This serves both purpose and it's great for digital arts as well. The laptop is mad fast and battery life is so good.

Machine worked from the moment I plugged it in. Nice touch screen, so it is both a laptop and tablet. Bluetooth connectivity is good. Easy hookup to home network. Fast processor and the 16Gb of RAM makes the machine easy to multitask.

Not a bad computer for the price, it's pretty fast. But the fans and the microphone are on the BOTTOM of the computer, which is the most ridiculous design ever! It can't vent properly if it's sitting on the vents....and no one can hear you with the microphone on the bottom. I bought this for work, but had to buy kickstand feet to put on the bottom so it would vent properly and not overheat. The touchscreen scratches very easily! I have only had this a couple of months and the screen is already scratched and Best Buy doesn't even sell screen protectors for this computer! Oh and the speakers are on the bottom too so everything is muffled and hard to hear! Whoever designed this really needs to redo the design!! The laptop got really hot sitting in my laptop bag which was very odd! I don't see this lasting very long which is disappointing considering I spent so much money on it! I should have spent more and went with the Lenovo! They actually put the vents, speakers, and microphone ON THE TOP WHERE THEY BELONG!! And the batter life on this is awful!! Doesn't even make it a couple of hours!! And the fans are constantly running due to poor design!!

Solid laptop, but difficult to use as a tablet. The awkward shape makes it hard to hold or use a touchscreen as only a tablet which was a big draw when purchasing.

I needed a new laptop in a hurry and this was available at my local Best Buy. I really didn't need a 2 in 1 touch screen, but this was the only Dell available. I did want a solid state drive in a 14 inch format. The machine boots up quickly and I have had no problems with the hard drive. This is my first laptop running on AMD chips and it seems to process smoothly. The touch pad is very sensitive and as I type my hands must come close to the touch pad and I get redirected. Battery life is excellent. I am trying to master the touch screen, but sometimes my touch doesn't lead to the screen responding.

Love this computer! It runs super smooth, is light, sleek and easy to use. The different ways to hold it and the touchscreen is not something I'd thought I'd ever use, but is incredibly helpful! For the money, its worth every dime.

Not much to say here. The laptop is fast, does what it’s supposed to do. It was a glossy screen so things do reflect on it but just turn the brightness up and you’ll be fine. Battery life is amazing.

I love this Dell computer with its touch screen. You can flip the screen all the way to the back to turn it into a touchpad like Ipad. Great for both home and work.

Its touch screen. U do not need a mouse. The performance is excellent and the clairity is suberb. I love being anle to fold the computer in different fkrm to be user friendly. I woukd recommend to everyone.

Fantastic computer! My college daughter is using this and is very happy so far with the speed and options. I have an older son who also has this computer in the workforce and is also using for his masters. Loves it!

Excellent product. Specifically the touchpad is fantastic and it has an adjustable backlit keyboard. Battery life is also good but definitely not the best in the market. Display is also pretty good. So far so good.

My first laptop and I love it! Perfect size and has all the features that I was looking for, especially the touch screen! Yes, I would recommend this laptop to anyone!

I had use it for the last two weeks and it solid and perform very well in handling multimedia and basic office softwares, adobe acrobat and others. I like it so far but honestly the only two things that bother me it the fact the speaker is not decent but you can add external speaker and solve the issues. the other think is I tried to find a laptop case that allow me to use it as an external monitor with my system but I could not find a decent laptop case for it. but for the money, I do recommend it.

Very Pleased replaced a 13" Dell 2 in 1 that I loved, just started showing its age, this new one is a joy, very fast and lets me know how much I was taking for granted happy I made the move

My computer was so slow. My new Dell computer is lightning fast and meets all of my teaching and personal needs from a computer. I love it totally. The features make this machine a champion.

This laptop is really a great little machine. I personally love the Ryzen chip that they put in these. It runs fast and cool. The display is bright and works well in brightly lit situations (outside during daylight). I have not really had it long enough to have many complaints, but I do wish they had included the pen that comes with the earlier models. That would have made this just about perfect.
