Best laptop I've ever owned. Its fast and has a beautiful display. The versatility of being able to flip it into a tablet and or use the touchscreen is seamless and convenient. Screen is a bit hard to clean but that is likely user error. I absolutely love mine, its been updated to windows 11 which I am still getting used to but this machine is well worth the price.

My first ever laptop!!! I was kind of scared. but getting a little help virtually from my son, and once with the Geek Squad. So far I am doing well--also, I had Window 7 on my desktop! It's been quite easy to get used to, and I love having it. I have friends who can barely handle a desktop, but, even tho' I am not very "techie" I think it is wonderful especially during these Covid times. By the way I am 78.

We bought this computer for our daughter since our six year old computer took over 10 minutes to turn on, a key has fallen off the keyboard, and something came lose in the speaker so that it would rattle while she attended school online. She is on cloud nine with this computer. It starts very quickly, has handled all of the online programs with no problem, and the tablet mode is handy! We have been very happy!

I love it! I needed to walk out of store with a laptop so this was the best option for me. I love the touch screen, It makes some of my assignments easier. Its very functional. I will say I had an issue with my headphones. If you get this just beware you may have to do some adjustments by going to the sound software on the computer. The backlit keyboard is a major plus, Yeah I'm happy with it!!

Super fast, light weight, very useful because you have a laptop and tablet at the same time

I'm very happy with my purchase. It's very fast, the screen is large, the image is pristine, and it's very versatile with the touch screen. The one thing I wish were different is that the letters on the keyboard during daylight were more visible. They are clear to light up, which is fantastic in dim light, but during the day I find myself looking for the keys.

Good PC, phenomenal display, the trackpad went bad on mine. I bought two of these and set one up for a friend and kept one myself. Hers has not had the trackpad issue but mine intermittently (but often) loses all sensitivity in the biggest, middle part of the trackpad. You have to then use the very edges to move or gesture. Oh, about the display...I am an IT pro and enthusiast and I spend time on A LOT of computers and devices. Though this laptop's display is not 4K, it might as well be. The clarity and color is unmatched in what I've seen of other windows laptops. I'll admit to not understanding the technical difference that makes it so great but the display quality alone will have me looking back to Dell again and again when adding laptops to my arsenal or recommending to others.

My old computer died so I went to the Best Buy at 1389 Wendy Ct in Springhill. I am very conscious of my budget so I originally selected a less expensive computer. While checking out the salesman quizzed me a bit more about what I needed and if I was sure that this is what would work. He then mentioned the "limited Windows" that came with the computer. I was shocked because that would have been an awful discovery if I had taken it home. He said that I would have to go up to get what I wanted - and pointed me to the Inspiron 7506 2n1. It was more money, but had what I needed. Short story -- I couldn't be happier! Great computer. Solid and fast. Also, they did THE BEST data transfer I've ever had. When I opened my new Inspiron it was like I was looking at my old one. EVERYTHING WAS THERE AND EASY TO FIND - except it worked way faster. Great service. I'll never go anywhere else. (ps I live closer to another Best Buy, but their Geek Squad is not as knowledgeable as the one on Wendy Ct.

I really like the performance of this laptop. The biggest drawback is the backlit keyboard. Having silver colored keys and then white backlighting was a bad choice. In certain lighting it's very hard to see the keys. Who makes these types of choices?

Love my new Dell 2 n 1. This was purchased on the recommendation of the online folks from best buy after a review of my requirements. Speed and ease of setup were key. It is a little bit heavy to use as a tablet but it is quick to respond to most y streaming and zoom meetings. Only complaint would be the keyboard which lights up but hard to see. All in all I love this

Solid computer for the price. Enough space and speed for what I need it for.

Was gonna go with the $1300 version but this one is plenty fast and very responsive. So with the $400 I saved I decided to purchase a 3 year warranty and now I will sleep like a baby. No matter what happens I'm covered. This laptop is great looking and is more than awesome. I could have gone with a $500 cheaper laptop but you get what you pay for and I needed something nicer.
