I had a few hiccups with this when it first arrived, but now it is working as expected. First, the backlight on the keyboard made it almost impossible to see what is on the keys. It took me a while to figure out how to turn that light off (it's F5). Second, during setup, I was prompted to put my finger on the fingerprint sensor. No where did it tell me where this sensor was. I found it eventually (the power button). However, even when I rebooted and was prompted to use my fingerprint to sign in, it did not work. Now I just enter a PIN to sign in. I had to call tech support 3 times in the first 6 days (which is never fun to do, even just once). This included having to correct an audio issue and a video issue. On the subject of tech support, it is extremely difficult to get a chance to talk with a real person. I wish we could call and get a real person right away. It's so much easier to explain what you need without having to navigate through numerous menu options. It was a rough start, but now, it seems to be working great.

The computer is fast and easy to use. It is lighter than my previous one.

Does exactly what a laptop is supposed to do. Fresh out of the box, no complaints. Plenty of storage space and RAM. Theres no disc drive so its pretty light and slim. Easily converts to tablet mode. Touchscreen works well, very responsive. Webcam quality is pretty average. One area where technology has neglected given the quality that cell phones have. Overall very satisfied.

I love the size and clarity of the screen. I also like the fact that the screen can be bent back to flat or as a V to stand. The touch screen is a great feature and I've always had a great trust in this brand, as my last 4 computers have been Dell.

I got this laptop for day to day use. Great quality and light weight. The backlight for the keyboard isn’t really helpful in lighted spaces, but I seen that in reviews from others who purchased and it doesn’t bother me that is why I’m giving it a 5 star. I would recommend for others to purchase too. It was on sale at the time purchased and am happy with it, all in all!

Good laptop. Fast and very ergonomic. The touch screen is very responsive.

Super thin, well built. Battery life is amazing. This laptop is amazing for office and school work. Bought a bamboo ink s-pen which works really well with this laptop. Not so well for heavy video editing as the fan runs loud. This laptop is perfect for school and homework.

Hesitant on getting the right laptop for work but WOW did I make the best decision. Always had a All in One or desktop to work on so this is my first laptop and very happy with it. Does everything I am needing it to do with Accounting software and still has more to offer for the creativity I do with my photos and artwork. Screen is big enough and not heavy or bulky.

Very nice laptop. Boots quickly. Screen size good. Just upset a little with Windows 11 - Photos app does not work. File Explorer options that I use the most (copy, paste, rename) are for some reason buried in the "More Options" link.

I was very surprised at how much faster my new computer is compared to my old one. Disappointed that the keys are very hard to see. Lighting needs to be brighter. It would be nice to have the power outlet on both sides... having it only on the left makes it hard to keep the cord from kinking...

So far so good, takes a lot, easy setup and is navigating some heavy databases flawlessly so far. Very fast, even on a wifi connection. screen is great, touch works well, ports are good. this is a 15 inch monitor so it's a little heavy, but that's all.

Dell makes very reliable laptops. I was excited with its new 11gen processor. Computer runs very smoothly, executes quickly, optimal size screen (not too small not too large. Highly recommend Dell for its realizability and performance.
