Love my new Dell Inspiron 7000 laptop! It is easy to use! It has been perfect as my first laptop!! I love it so much, I am getting one for my daughter!! I'm a fan of Dell products. I have had a Dell desktop for years. Love the quality of Dell products! For me, it has been a great investment!

This computer is nothing less than AWESOME!...It was a little more than I had planned to spend, but I'm so glad that I splurged on it...Battery life is excellent, and the graphics are great!...I do concert logistical work, and this computer is exactly what I needed...I strongly recommend this computer!

Love the fact that it turns on fast and is ready to go when I am. The only thing that I am not a fan of is it constantly wanting to install updates. It seems like it wants to update every other day. Great picture quality and is very easy to use.

The laptop was a great deal on sale and was a little more than I need but works just great. The only negative is the salesman talked me into taking out a Best Buy credit card for the purchase and told me it was interest free for a year which it is not!!!

This laptop is A ok in performance and looks good .. but we have a problem on keyboard’s lower part. It works but you have to press harder than the upper keys which is acceptable and pretty annoying to go back & retype.. wasting a lot of time. I assume there is a mis-alignment on the whole lower part of it. We slightly use this computer at my Boss home-office. Just bought this on February but it’s says Eligible return date has already on March 5, 2021 Please someone can advice how is the warranty on this. Bought this via bestbuy online. I know, Bestbuy is very good in their support services and handling this kind of cases. I hope We can get a favorable reply. Thanks in advance..

Purchased for work and home. Seems to have a good build quality, l like the aluminum case. Dual screen works well and the lighted keyboard is easy to select and adjust. Also holds a battery charge well. Seems to be a lot of quality and features for the money. Very pleased with the purchase so far.

I love it- fast, ergonomically well designed. It’s a bit heavy, especially for someone who does a lot of air travel but it’s the trade off for the larger screen. The only thing I don’t like is that the letters on the keys are very difficult to see in a light room. It’s fine if your using it in a dark space.

This is my first PC touchscreen - I LOVE that part of it. I also love that it's so much lighter than my last laptop! This is my first Dell product, there was of course they typical bloatwear to deal with, but no different than previous HP products I've owned. The only negative is I find the keyboard letters very difficult to see, especially outdoors or in any brightly lit area, because the white backlighting and silver keys seem to fade into each other. For that, I deduct two stars. The processor is fast for what I'm using it for, mostly spreadsheets, email, browsing. If you do most of your Laptop stuff in the dark, this is the one for you!

After cross-shopping many laptops in the same range (Yoga, Envy, Asus, etc...) I found the the the Dell 7000 2-in-1 to have the best balance of feature. It was the ONLY one of the above to have all of the following: - Backlit keyboard - USB-C Charging - 11th Gen Intel (Ryzen 3rd Gen would have been just fine too) - Good screen (better than most of the ~250nits peers) - Solid metal construction - Under 4lbs weight - Solid keyboard and trackpad One negative mentioned a lot here is the keyboard keys get washed out in ambient light, black keys would have been preferred. Not a deal-breaker if you're a solid typist! While not a standout in any way, this is a really solid laptop for the price (At under $800 on sale a great deal) that is versatile enough for home and mobile use.

I got this for my daughter for distance learning. Her school-supplied chromebook is just awful. This laptop has a nice HD touchscreen and enough power for the regular apps, plus extras like Netflix and Hulu. Set up was a breeze, including our Microsoft 365 account. Nice little laptop.

This laptop will get the job done, but there is nothing fancy about. It tends to overheat a bit and had some driver issues, but other than that it works just fine.

The computer is a fast number crunching machine. It has been put to the test and has responded well to my business needs. It is not only fast but is a handsome looking machine. The backlit keyboard makes for ease of entry of the complex data of my small business.

I love everything about this laptop except the color. Because it's silver, the letters, etc. on the keyboard are very difficult to see. Especially when you are working with a white background. Love the touch screen!

It's too early to say, but everything seems good. The only issue might be a couple keys feel spongy. I will keep an eye on this. Otherwise, all is well. It seems to be fast enough for general use and website browsing.

I like the Laptop but.... Sound quality is not the best and the keys are difficult to see. I'm not sure if it's because of the backlighting or the color of the keys. The laptop is fast and the display is great.

Bought this for father in law and it is very easy to use and good battery life. Daily used and never had any problem so far. For the price that i paid for, it was the best deal and i am really satisfied with this purchase.

Today, I needed assistance from the Geek Squad but was informed that an appointment was needed due to Covid. Even though an appointment was needed, Matt from the Geek Squad still inquired about my computer concern. Matt began to explain how the Internet Explore would no longer be a supported platform. I informed Matt that my work software runs on Internet Explore and needed to complete my work assignments. Matt began to explore the issues an i watched him make countless efforts to fix the issue and did not stop until the matter was resolved. Prior to coming into the store, I made several efforts to fix the problem including contacting the Geek Squad online but tech was unable to resolve the issue. Matt was truly amazing and I wanted to personally share my experience and gratitude. Thanks again Matt! I would definitely nominate you for “Employee of the Month”. CW

I like my laptop because is easy to use and to carry wherever I go, it also has a touch screen and the only things that I don’t like about my laptop is that sometimes is slow.

I like the style of the laptop. Love that it has a numeric keypad and a shutter for the webcam. I'm still getting used to the arrow keys, my fingers keep touching the page up and down bottons that are in the same space. I wished there was more of an edge around the screen. At times I hear the fan and another sound but I'm not sure exactly what it could be. In the meantime I'm watching to see if there are any issues. Good thing I bought the extended warranty. Be mindful that the aluminum design leaves fingerprints. Overall it seems like a good laptop.

My 1st Dell. Good value to have a 2-1 touchscreen for under $800. Performs well. Really like the fingerprint log in. Usual bloatware added on, unfortunately and a little heavy, but still manageable.
