Well Built, Robust Laptop. Good hinge design. Superb Dell Keyboard layout. Speakers could be better. Lacks Windows Hello, which should be minimum featureset in 2022.

Product lived up to expectation. Usual adjustments to new computer after using previous one for almost 3 years. Touch screen sensitivity and short cuts were new. After one month of use, I would make the same choice. Good value for purchase price.

Wanted to use it for a while before writing a review. The only reason I give it a four star rating is because I have trouble saving images to it half the time. When the popup window appears it would freeze up and sometimes this happens four or five times. I've been with customer support over it but it still happens. Aside from that, it's a pretty good laptop, I'd buy it a laptop cooler or it's own personal fan if you plan on using it for long periods of time.

So glad that I purchased this new Dell two in one. Extremely easy to set up, everything transferred from my older laptop, without any problem. The only thing I am not wild about is the keyboard -- hard to see keys when light is behind me.

Purpose of buy is for study and meetings. It has done the job, no issues that have brought to my attention past this year. The touchscreen is very useful and very easy to use.

This laptop has decent battery ...just make sure you keep the settings at the 2nd level for best battery life and you will be able to get the battery to last much longer. Overall the laptop is pretty good with decent specs for the average user .

Happy with my purchase overall but have had ongoing problems with Windows 10 freezing requiring hard reboot. Great size, nice screen. And I like 2 in 1 feature, but I would not buy again.

Good so far. While on a trip, we were able to hardwire to broadcast/ project the screen for a bigger view. Running faster than my older version. Still learning the ropes

Easy to setup following the online setup. Screen size is good and easy on my eyes. Touch screen is very workable and the keyboard is not easy to see because of light colored keys.

We bought this computer for my wife for school and she loves it. She loves the touch screen and pen thing to use the screen to do math homework without using tons of paper. It folds back like a tablet to make watching videos easier too.

I like the design—I fold back the keyboard and use an external one, plus a second monitor. It works well and doesn’t take up much desk space that way. I’ve seen a few issues, however. I’ve had to unplug and replay in the external monitor and to disconnect/reconnect the USB fob for my wireless keyboard/mouse. I’ve used these with a previous (Dell) laptop and never had a single issue. Also, I have found that Edge in particular freezes 1-2 times a day—I need to kill it and restart it. I am not sure if this is a Windows 11 issue or an issue with the laptop itself.

I think I still need to familiarize my myself with the keyboard arrangement. I don't know what I pressed andy work is gone but I love this 2n1 laptop because the price is right, not to mention the built-in Alexa. It's really a good buy.

Very happy with this new Dell lap top. It’s everything that we were looking for without the high price. Needed camera, USB port, slot for SD card, larger screen. It’s fast and we love Best Buy for their selection, price and warranty.

My college student needed a new computer with upgraded specs for some demanding software programs she's using in advanced classes. She told me that it is much faster than her old computer and is very happy. I think it was a good value

Graphics and photos are crisp and clear. We like the keyboard that illuminates when the room we’re in is dimly lit. Easy to use. It’s exactly what we needed for our business.

Bought it for a Christmas gift for my wife. Normally not fond of dell computers, but my wife absolutely loves it. Very easy to use and works great, extremely fast. So far I would definitely buy another one without any hesitations.

Great computer thank duos as a large iPad/tablet. Touchscreen works too. Fast processor that keeps up with my work and college. The only frustration I have is my fingerprint doesn’t usually work.

I was looking to buy a laptop for home office and school, this was the greatest laptop that I found, it runs really good, the battery is great, I have been using it for 5 months now and can´t say anything bad about it.
