Great Dell quality laptop. Fast laptop good boot time. Screen is nice and bright and clear. Like the illuminated keyboard easy to see the keys if needed and a dim to dark room.

I have enjoyed the new DELL computer purchased from Best Buy. My old Dell was 10 years old and the new features of the Inspiration 7000 with touchscreen is amazing. Thanks Best Buy for having this PC available in your store.

Although it's taking some getting used to, I love the performance of this laptop. The touch screen is bright and clear. The illuminated keys make it easy to use in dim light.

I am still not fully engaged with this new laptop as I got my Dell desktop working properly, so the urgency is not so great. But I will be using it more. My only issue is with the readability of the keyboard when the backlights come on. I struggle to see it well. So I got an external keyboard and mouse. I still don't like NOT having a mouse. The pad is still the clunkiest thing to deal with. Other than this, my new laptop is lovely and easy to navigate. I've used Dell computers for many years and am comfortable with them.

Great speed, slick design, and at a good price. Wanted to bump it to 16GB was not an option at that price point, its only downside.

So far so good . Nice bright screen runs fast. Clean case. Ordered from Best Buy on Sunday and delivered on Monday . Only had laptop a short time but Dell is doing what it’s supposed to . Caught it at a great price$649

good laptop for the price. pros: display is gorgeous, speed, hardware is nice cons: i wish the battery was a little bit better, the backup light on the keyboard. highly recommended to a friend.

Good battery life. Person it was for complained about the weight when it was cradled on forearm. great all in one computer though!

Bought two !! My wife and needed upgrading and these machines have been great. Setup was quick and easy. Have used these machines for the last month daily and have had zero issues. Sale price was a real value.

I am mostly happy with my laptop. I actually purchased two. One for myself and one for my wife. My primary complaints are: 1. I am not what one would consider an accomplished typist, so I look at the keyboard frequently. The silver keys make it difficult to see the letters on the keys. 2. The fingerprint login has a ways to go to be technologically near perfection. Having stated my complaints, I am still quite satisfied with the performance, appearance and convenient features.

Very fast machine. The only disappointment is the keys have backlights on the and sometimes it makes them difficult to see. Otherwise a good machine.

I am actually very happy with my new laptop. Such an improvement over my old Dell desktop computer. I would give this laptop 5 stars EXCEPT for 1 major flaw - The key board is silver and back-lit, which may sound cool and modern but in reality is a pain in the butt to use. Even with good vision, it is very hard to see the letters/etc. on the key board in daylight and with many lamp lights as well. This was obviously designed by some 24-year-old computer nerd who cares more about looking good than functioning well. It's too bad, because otherwise this is a great laptop.

Great product for the price, but having freezing issues. Happens out of the blue. Easy fix to reboot quickly. Easy to use, good tools already installed.

a Very good price for this practical, solid and versatile PC. Once you're familiar with win 11 it works fine, maybee alittle on the heavy side when used as tablet.

Love this laptop. Fingerprint, foldable, touchscreen.....awesome! Wish the battery would last a little longer though.

Dell-Inspiration 70002-in-15.6" has cool features including FHD Touch-screen, amazing speed, and a great backlit keyboard convenient for typing.

The laptop works great. I got is as a graduation present for my son and he is truly enjoying it. He said it is very easy to use and provides all the functionality he was looking for.

I really like the speed of this laptop and the look of it. I don't like that the battery doesn't last long at all.

Was time to update my laptop. This one has worked perfectly for me. 11th gen i5 works great and is real fast. Screen has great resolution for photos.

I love this PC. The only negative is that the touchpad takes a firm touch to click, and that takes some getting used to. I think I got a great deal.,
