This turned out to be an excellent work outside of the corporate office (from home or travelling) laptop. Good speed, enough storage, nice graphics on a good size screen and fits easily in briefcase & backpack. Really do like the keyboard layout and feel for the size. System stays cool and battery life is adequate. No problems or issues at all to complain about. The 2-in-1 isn't a necessary feature for our purposes, but a few times while sitting on the couch sharing with family browsing Amazon, etc., it was a bit easier that way.

We purchased this laptop on a great deal. It's fast and has a lot of storage space. The display is large enough to see clearly, but the computer is not cumbersome. This was a great decision!

I absolutely love this laptop and it serves my business needs perfectly. My favorite 2 elements are the quality of the screen image and the keyboard (light to the touch AND has a number pad!).

Definite upgrade from my Apple Mac Book Pro. I was looking for a laptop that had a numbers pad to the side. I am so glad that I picked this one. Easy to use. Love the features.

Works wonderfully! Touch screen is perfect and works way better than expected. Battery life is not very long though, depending on what you like to do. It lasts for about 3 hours I would say!

Needed to replace an aged laptop and chose this Inspiron 7000. So much better performance. This is for home office, not gaming. Plugged in and has worked without issue.

I bought a Dell Inspiron on May 12. Windows kept shutting down without warning and I had to restart it two or three times a day. On May 31, it became totally unresponsive (wouldn't start, and wouldn't register that it was getting a charge), so I brought it back to Best Buy and they replaced it. I've had the replacement for a little over a week now and it's doing fine so far. The problem with the first model is the only reason I give it four stars instead of five. This is the third Inspiron I've had over a period of ten or twelve years.

I love it. It has a great screen. The back-lit keyboard is so nice when I suddenly forget how to type so I can find the right button quickly. The speed of it great too. Worth the money

Excellent laptop super fast!!! But LCD look frangible which can be easily broken + I can't see the numbers/letters on the keys...

The laptop functions beautifully with Windows 11. It is thin, light, and easy to carry. The Wi-Fi is working flawlessly. It has Alexa built in which makes life easier. The issues I have are the silver keys with back lit numbers and letters are very difficult to read, and pad is a little sensitive to movement. I purchased a separate keyboard and mouse with white on black to help the issues when used on my desk. Otherwise this is an excellent laptop.

Very happy with my new Dell computer. Never owned a Dell (several Toshiba’s) but like the speed and easy use. Much improved over what I had and am able to process work documents quickly.

I love this Dell laptop. I'm on this computer for work all day and the screen is a great size. It's very light weight and easy to transport.

I love the size and speed of this laptop. The only thing I don't like is the keyboard color. It is gray with gray writing. It makes it hard to see what is written on the keyboard.

I am using this PC for work and it’s been great. It has extremely fast load times and works well with all of my programs needed for work (which slowed my last computer).

I chose this Dell computer, well honestly because it was the only one they had in stock. It was easy to set up and definitely worth the money.!

So far, this Dell laptop has proven to be a great choice. It’s extremely fast and more than capable of performing the tasks we purchased it for. I would highly recommend it to others!

Excellent laptop for school work. One small issue was as soon as we had it, it did a system update and some functions stopped working. We then had to research online and do driver updates to get those working again. The instructions should have a section addressing that rather than having the user try to figure it out.

I really enjoy my new Dell. I am having problems trying to connect my current printer. I enjoy the speed as I needed a new computer.
