Very pleasant experience purchasing my new Dell Computer. From the Salesperson (Ahmed) to the purchase and assistance from the Geek Squad (Joe) - Was very pleased as to the focus on customer service and commitment to the customer. My salesperson went above & beyond to help me understand and navigate my "must haves" with my budget and needs. His name is Ahmed. My Geek Assistant was Joe and he helped unlock my (old) computer and rescue my hard drive and transfer all data so that I was up an running with as little down time as possible. Very please with both departments.

Just opened this and started using, the speed is what I expected and the quality is what I expected as well ( looking for a long time of using this product )

Laptop is exactly what I expected. It was very easy to set up and is very fast. So far So good. It is also very sleek. I would recommend. So far so good.

This laptop is very user friendly. I use it for business and personal use. The battery lasts a long time without having to charge. I would purchase again.

This PC is a great value. It is fast; the screen is really sharp and bright; and it has all the features and specs that you would want in an every-day PC.

My desktop died. After looking around online, I decided to go to my local Best Buy store. Their products were competitively priced. I purchased a Dell Inspiron 7506 2-in-l laptop and Lenovo screen. Both are performing well. Customer service in the store was excellent. I picked up the screen at a nearby Best Buy store, which was not a problem - they had it ready and waiting for me. Overall, I am very pleased with Best Buy's selection of computers in the store, the customer service and information/advice I received, and the ease of doing business with Best Buy.

Love this laptop. Its super light weight and has all the options and speed I was looking for. Screen has an amazing picture quality. I give this 5 stars!

It's a little heavy, but the screen is big and wonderful and I LOVE the keyboard and touchscreen functionality. Worth the heft and the $$

Probably the most amazing aspect of the laptop is its speed and graphics. It also has a lot of storage that won't affect the laptop's performance.

Great laptop. Graphics are fantastic and sound is great. The fan is a bit loud when it kicks in & adjusting it from optimized to quiet in the thermal settings made no perceptible difference but only a minor inconvenience as it doesn’t run long. Overall am very happy with this laptop. Defaults to add unction key settings that you have to search out and change but that may be something particular to software I use that others may not care about. Just like any laptop you have to adjust your settings to your taste & accessories. Would definitely recommend

Wish it was a bit lighter and the keyboard is a bit finnicky but otherwise Great quality, nice display, good speed.

Great screen. Bright, good contrast, wide angle with touchscreen. i5 11 gen very responsive & equal to 10 gen i7 for everyday usage & tasks. Sufficient amount of memory & responsive and adequate amount of storage. Battery life is good considering size of screen. Several hours for office work & internet. Solid construction. The keyboard is a little hard to see letters because keys are light blue and letters are light in color. They are back-lit but it would have been better to have dark color keys do the light color letters would stand out without back lite.

Excellent product. Very easy to use. Easy to set up and to get started. I don't intend on using it for gaming, though.

Great laptop with touch screen. Set up was a breeze, transitioning from less expensive and much slower competitor model. Very pleased.

Not a bad machine for the price, thought even FHD these days feels dated. Still, can’t go wrong with this laptop!
