The Insprion I7506-5047S is a very good laptop except for a few issues: 1. Keyboard can not be seen in certain lighting conditions 2. Power cord plug needs to be 90 degree and not straight . Purchased the tech support and the initial Geek person was terrible... did not provide information in a manner to understand, did not want to communicate, did not complete 365 set up and I had to go back after many hours of not being able to access emails.

Customer service representative was knowledgeable, professional and had a people-first attitude. I love my new Dell Touchscreen Laptop!

I bought this for my daughter for her online 2nd grade classes. She was using a program that didn't work well for writing out math problems (she was writing using her mouse) so we got this laptop and bought the pen that was compatible with this particular laptop, and things are going great. The laptop runs smoothly, and the hinges are made well enough that I am not terribly concerned about her potentially breaking something.

I am enjoying my Dell-Inspiron 7000. It was so easy to set up even I could do it! It's faster than my previous computer. Highly recommend.

It took me a while to get this one scoped out, but I've finally got it configured as I like it. The backlit keyboard is a drag, but you can turn it off in the BIOS at startup. There isn't a NumLock key, so that has to be done in the BIOS as well. I'm a photographer, and I will use the laptop only when I'm traveling, but it did an excellent job on a recent shoot of a high school swim team.

I love my new Dell computer!!! It is by far the fastest computer I have ever had. No crashes....that's what I am most thankful for.

The computer does everything that I want it to do. I was a professor and the Geek Squad from Best Buy helped tremendously in getting all the material off my old computer which was very valuable for me. At my educational seminary in Grand Rapids Michigan, they have always helped me, but the Geek Squad did a great job while I was in Florida where my computer broke. The only improvement would be to make the letters and numbers on the keyboard darker. Black instead of gray. With reduced light they are difficult to see.

All the details we wanted in one device at a great price. Would not have discovered it without the assistance of the Beat Buy associate.

First off, I am not a Dell fan at all. Fortunately, Best Buy was short on stock when I arrived to purchase a new laptop. Purchased to replace an older Dell, (business purchased) still an i5 though. Night and Day difference! Battery lasts me around 8 hours of constant use. No gaming whatsoever. Emails, business software, etc. Nothing very demanding. I can fold it down to a tablet, touchscreen, and most importantly everything loads and runs very smooth.

Very good laptop...Nice value for the cost...Takes some getting used to, particularly the keyboard.

I purchased this laptop to use for work away from the office. It has been great so far. Easy to use and set up was a breeze.

hands down best laptop i have owned. This laptop has a strong battery life as well as great display brightness.

So far the performance is good but the biggest downfall to me is the keyboard. If you're using this in an area with a lot of sunlight the keyboard is almost impossible to see because the keys are silver with white letters. Horrible design, the keys should have blue letters instead of white.

Very well constructed, light weight and perfect for my needs. I really love the backlit keyboard.
