Just received this , but so far it is working great. Speed is fast and easy to use.

Great laptop. Lightweight, good graphics, lighted keyboard, boots and loads programs quickly. Plenty of RAM for running complex programs and multitasking. The only down side is battery life. The battery last 3.5 to 4 hours before it requires recharging. Other laptops I've owned had a battery life of 6 or more hours.

I love it so far! During our winter storm we lost the internet and that has been bad. The computer though is great.

I had really high hopes for this laptop. It's got everything I needed and more. I was really enjoying it's speedy performance, size, and other great features. I owned this laptop for a week, and one day shortly after powering the device on, and clicking on the internet browser the display started fading from top & bottom to the middle a shade of black like the display was dying out. At this point the computer was unresponsive, and for seemingly no reason at all. I panicked. Turned it off, waited a few and turned it back on, the display was fine. Next day, same thing happened. ( this happened both times while the battery was fully charged and not connected to power) Before this mishap I was a loyal Dell customer, for many years. Had an old Inspiron get me through easily 10 years. I immediately returned the computer, and unfortunately all the store had in stock was some MacBooks. So I'm now getting used to that instead, all thanks to dell & Best Buy ! -- Loving it too.

Light, good picture - good screen quality, comfortable keyboard, fast - keeps up with multi-tasking, good battery life.

I was very pleased with a recent Dell Lap Top (Inspiron 7000 Touch Screen Laptop) purchase made at Best Buy. I went to Geek Squad (I've had their annual membership for years) and worked with a Geek Squad expert. I asked him to provide feedback on the various brands and models based on my needs. He did a great job and I was able to have my more technical questions answered on the spot. He also walked me through how to do the set up which was extremely helpful for me.

Best laptop i have purchased and love that its a touch screen.

I’ve been using this laptop for about a week now and there is nothing about it that I don’t like. I flip it around and just use the screen with a regular keyboard and mouse attached. Oh yes I wish there was another USB port but I’m going to get a wireless keyboard and mouse which only has one doggle so that will free up one USB port. It is my second computer. I also have a Dell desktop that I use as my primary computer for work. I am very happy with my new laptop purchase.

I love the touch screen I’m able to do everything i need from studying and using it as a tablet

This is by far the fastest laptop I have owned. Very happy with all functionality and the display is great!

They sold me software that is not compatible with my new computer and loaded it onto my old computer. I bought the geed squad for a year but they are not much better. I do not want to give up my computer for 2 days while they straighten this mess out. I will call someone who is recommended and reliable.
