Best Buy in Waco, Tx personal was very helpful, informative & courteous in our Dell laptop purchase. We also purchased the “Geek Squad 1yr assistance plan” & so glad we did. They setup laptop for immediate use, downloaded additional programs I owned & created shortcuts for most used apps. Thank You, Best Buy for meeting our needs & for each friendly & patient employee who assisted us.

I wish it had an optical drive, but those have become less necessary, to some degree. I like the quick way it comes "up", scans my finger print, and it is ready to use. Maybe all new laptops do this as well. I was going to buy an RJ-45 dongle so I could get on the internet at faster speeds, but the wireless portion is really fast, so there is no need for that. Basicaly, I am pleased.

I knew nothing about laptops...

I remembered my wife telling me "get me a laptop" sometime in early December. This has a 500mg SSD and it is faster than heck. I hate using my downstairs desktop because it is so slow, I have to get a SSD for it. My only complaint is that sometimes the keys are hard too see because of the reflection but I'm working around it. Other than that, it's a 9/10 and appears to be a well made product.
